This home has been remodeled to feature a remodeled bathroom, new furniture, new hardware, a new range hood, new quartz counters, a herringbone stone backsplash, and a new bedroom floor. Stunning ocean views and the feel of the gentle ocean breezes as you relax on your furnished balcony will be the highlight of your days here. Enjoy an easy care-free vacation with two TVs, free WiFi, and enough space for up to six guests. The building amenities include a shared oceanfront pool, outdoor shower, elevator, and shared laundry facilities. Guests will have access to an umbrella, a boogie board, and beach toys available in the storage closet.

This condo is centrally located and right on the bus route for hassle-free travel throughout the area. You will be within walking distance of BJ's on the Water, Ropewalk, The Skye Bar, Old Pro Golf, and numerous shops for beach souvenirs. Plan a family fun day at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park on 29th Street, or take the boardwalk tram on 27th down to the inlet for rides, games, and delicious food. You will also find a variety of shopping at the Tanger Outlets located just a short drive away in West Ocean City.

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation and loved the location. Checking in was very easy. It could have been a little cleaner. There was no parking pass in the unit so I had to go to vacasa to get the pass. The coffee pot was cracked. The tub wasn’t draining well so they sent a plumber asap. Customer service was excellent at vacasa in ocmd. The kitchen chairs and outdoor furniture need to be replaced. Overall, we had a great experience.

Serves it's purpose

Getting into the property was a challenge as we were given the incorrect access code to the gate and never receive a code for the lock box. The place itself is in a great location and was in good shape for what we needed. However the shower doesn't drain well, so you are standing in bath water. Also, the shower head or shower pressure wasn't great either. The dishwasher was making a strange noise so we opted not to use it after trying once. Additionally, the ac plug was bent so we couldn't plug it in resulting in sweaty nights. There was a futon that was not comfortable for sleeping either so I feel this is more suited for 4 people.

Unsatisfactory Experience

I encountered several issues even before entering the unit. I had to seek assistance to gain access to the unit since they failed to provide the lockbox code prior to check-in. Additionally, the elevator key was missing, forcing me to carry all our belongings up the stairs. I would not recommend this condo to families who value cleanliness. One of the beds was stained with urine and blood, while the other had food crumbs underneath the sheets. On the first day, I informed the building manager about the situation and mentioned that I washed the sheets myself. Although the manager provided the elevator key, the housekeeping staff never contacted me. I ended up disinfecting the entire apartment as it became apparent that it hadn't been properly cleaned or sanitized before our arrival. On the second day, the side door code was changed without any notification via email or phone call. The dishwasher also leaked during a cycle, and I had to use all the towels stored under the sink to address the issue. The couches were filthy, and I discovered a large ball of hair under the futon when I walked through the condo on the first day. Despite the manager's assurance during our call that the unit was cleaned and checked, it was evident that whoever claimed to have done so didn't do a satisfactory job. Mistakes can happen, but this was sheer carelessness. There are numerous other clean and well-maintained condos in OC to choose from, so I wouldn't select this one again.

Nice but needs some new furniture

We loved the bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. We didn’t like the chairs for dining, as they are kid sized. The outdoor furniture on the balcony is also not great. My mother is handicapped and couldn’t sit on this furniture. The place was not very clean as the floors were very dirty and sandy. The shower was covered in hair shavings. Overall it was just ok it just didn’t work well for our needs.

Location!

A few hiccups- the code we were given to get into the building was an old code- luckily a nice woman who lived there saw us struggling w 2 young children and bags and gave it to us. The location was perfection. We were told to bring sheets & towels but the beds were made when we got there, and smelled of cologne (luckily we’d brought our own sheets). We weren’t sure what to do w used towels and sheets so we left them hanging and sheets on the one bed. There were some stains on the counter and tables so they hadn’t been wiped down, and sand and debris on the floors (sand- it’s the beach so not a big deal). Over all it was wonderful and we hope to stay there again next year!
