This 3,000 s.f. home comfortably sleeps (8) in beds, and has T.V.`s in the family room and living room for when the family is not enjoying the caged pool and spa. Professionally decorated, quality surrounds you whether it be the wonderful appliances, the new furniture or the luxurious bedding. There is seating at the dining table for 8 and room for more at the breakfast bar. There is a gate to the driveway but it is not operational at this time.

The famous white sands of Lido Beach is less then a mile away offering sunsets of a lifetime!

Walk 150 yards to St. Armands for dinner or night out, before returning to a lighted heated pool and spa to end the evening. The pool deck is complete with recliners, chairs and a dining table for real outdoor living. Retire to comfy new beds which will insure a blissful sleep to start the new day. Visit this home once and you will return! If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help with a rental!

There must be a minimum of (2) adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
