Great place

Brought 2 of our kids and 4 of our grandchildren (6,4,2,7mo). There was nothing we didn’t love about this place! Great pool, great location and lots of extras like beach toys, coolers and wagons to haul everything to the beach.

Great Location!

This house was the perfect location in Siesta Key. We rented a golf cart for the week but truly did not need it. The beach is a 2 minute walk across one street and the town area with the shops and restaurants was maybe a 5 minute walk. We also LOVED the pool.

This was a really lovely property.

I don’t think you could ask for anything more. The property managers were fantastic to communicate with. Any little thing we needed they ran right over, but it wasn’t much needed because it was truly well stocked. I love the private pool. It’s one block from the ocean.

Amazing rental

We travelled from the Uk for our wedding and Siesta Key with all of our family and we found the property absolutely perfect for us. The outdoor area is large and such a good social area for adults and children. We found this perfect for us as we had a perfect sized pool for the kids and we also had a ping pong table and corn hole for the whole family which was great fun. The two properties were perfect for us as it allowed the group to spread out and have their our own time to ourselves too. Absolutely perfect accommodation and an amazing week spent in Siesta key - I couldn’t recommend higher

Everything as advertised!

The property was beautiful and clean. It is an easy and short walk to both the beach and the village. We had 16 total in our party ages 8 to 68. It was great to have a separate space for our family with the young adults from the family woth the younger r kids. The common area below was the best place to gather and swim cook and eat. Was so nice to have chairs, bikes, coolers and beach wagons. We explored the beaches of Anna Maria and Bocca grande but neither were as beautiful as siesta! Property management was hands down the best with quick response to any inquiry. Everyone was pleased!

A pre-holiday break

We decided to take a pre-holiday trip - a little break from the crazy holiday rush. Our goals were to find a warm beach town where we could enjoy a sunset. This trip was perfect for that. We had four adults and 6 kids, ages 15-21. The two unit house was exactly what we needed - togetherness with a little bit of separation. Spacious living quarters offered all of us downtime at the end of each day. There was not one thing we need that wasn’t provided from kitchen supplies to beach gear. A quick walk to “the village” to the market shop or for a meal/drink was convenient for all. We could not get over the white sand beach (it never gets hot bc it has quartz in it) and we enjoyed a gulf sunset every night. Hoping to visit again someday :)

We loved the property, everything was very clean and organized we loved the fact that it had equipment with beach chairs coolers beach carts etc. Very hand, pool area and grills in awesome condition. Our family enjoyed a spectacular week. .

Fantastic experience!!!!

The Cottages did not disappoint. We rented the Salt Life property over the Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful experience. The condos were very clean and recently remodeled. They have great amenities and the Cottages staff were great. We really enjoyed the vast outdoor living area with a heated pool. The property is very close to the village and beach. We already rebooked for next year:))

Perfect Vacation Spot

This property was perfect for our family. The outdoor space was beautiful with plenty of seating for lounging or eating. The condos were decorated with beach themes and had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

We had perfect weather whole week. Property close to beach and to cute stores and restaurants. Property was everything it showed online. Decorated beautifully. Everything we needed. Very clean when we checked in. We used the bikes every day. There were also beach chairs and coolers for our use. The outdoor pool area and lounge area were our favorites. Outdoor couches, lounge chairs, tables, grills. The pool was completely enclosed with latches the small grandkids couldn’t reach . Peace of mind for me. Would definitely go back.
