Located in a portion of the cul-de-sac preventing public access to the sea, the house is particularly quiet and the beach in front of it is uncrowded.
the interior atmosphere is summer and Mediterranean, but here we live a lot outside; either on the upstairs solarium to sunbathe out of sight, or in the well-closed garden to let the children play in the sand or walk on the beach while keeping an eye on them, or on the terrace ground floor for a quiet aperitif under the canes, or a barbecue grilled facing the sea.
In the evening, the beach is deserted by vacationers and it is all yours; what a pleasure this little sea bath in the evening before going to bed. And why not in the morning also with the rising sun!
lovers will tease the fish on the stone dike in front of the house, and the bravest can with the mask and the snorkel observe the underwater screw around the big rocks.
