FUN Resort Studio Condo Close to Pool, Golf, Tennis, and Beach

This one bedroom efficiency was completely renovated in October 2022. The studio is the perfect coastal getaway! With its fun location minutes from the beach this is the perfect place to start and end your day on Edisto. It sleeps 2 on a Murphy Bed. This Island Resort getaway is situated directly across from the resort pool ( Amenities pass purchase is required-see below), miniature golf, coffee and ice cream shop, island bike rentals and a pond that is perfect for turtle watching! It is an approximate 5 minute bike ride to the beach. There is parking at the condo with 6 steps up to the front door. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the small outdoor balcony. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The property includes a washer and dryer. The complete kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, 4-eye small stove top and oven, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and eating-cooking pieces. What a fun place to get away and at a fun price!

Ella and Ollies just a 3 minute walk away. There are other restaurants accessible by car and some even by bike.

Please remember this is our home away from home. Treat it as if it were yours!
Leave items that are part of our home and notify us of any unforeseen circumstance such as a spill so we can rectify it and offer our home in excellent condition for our next guests.

I was surprised that there was a daily fee for use of amenities at the Wyndham properties where the unit was located. However, my wife enjoyed very much the unit, the property location. and always the lovely warm environment of Edisto. We did have some minor issues but the owner was easy to contact and was very prompt in dealing with those issues.

We loved the condo! The location is great - close to everything. It was well stocked with dishes, utensils and basic pots and pans. It was perfect for 2 people for a week. It was super clean and Sandy is great to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend!!

I was informed about a soft spot in the floor in front of the tv , well there was another one in front of the couch my foot went through it looks like they half way fixed it with ply wood , and then my husband sat in a chair and the leg of the chair went through the floor as well . Thankfully no one got seriously hurt . I have pictures as well

Great rate for a cozy spot in a good location

We loved this place and will definitely come back to it! The murphy bed was VERY comfy and the two of us slept well on it. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. We weren't in the room a whole lot, but we did have to catch a couple Braves games on the TV, which had cable. All around a great place to stay!

Perfect for our needs

Nicely maintained unit - very close to gate and across from the pool. Also has a coffee shop across the street, which we unfortunately didn't have time to visit. Overall, this was a good choice for our weekend to be near our family who are island residents.

my getaway

This property was exactly what I needed for my little getaway. Since it was just me, I didn't require a lot of space. I was familiar with the community and the area so it was very relaxing and easy to get around. The condo was clean and well furnished.
