Upstairs, a child's room in a dormitory of 4 single beds of 90/200, ottomans, Xbox 360 games console and 1 bedroom with double beds of 160/200, 1 bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. On the ground floor there is 1 large bedroom, 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with bath and bidet and washing machine and dryer. Big stay, living room and chimney fire of wood. Equipped kitchen. South facing terrace, large sheltered garden facing south. BBQ, garden furniture. House redone in 2016 on 2 floors.

Our Go-To location when visiting the coast of France

We visit this house regulary, we are always happy and really like the friendliness of the host, the house itself and the little town Bray-Dunes. It's a very nice place to stay, especially for families. We hope to visit this place for many years to come.

A house and location that truly feels like home

We came for the fourth time. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, but it was as always a great stay. The house and location are perfect for children and families. We can highly recommend this place. On top of that the host is super friendly and helpful, always a joy.

Das Haus ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen kann. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen und Haushaltsgeräte und viele Gesellschaftsspiele. Die obere Etage ist ideal für eine Familie mit viel Platz, guter Dusche, extra WC, Türgitter für die Treppe nach unten. Es gibt viele Dinge für Kleinkinder: Hocker für vor die Waschbecken, Sitzverkleinerer fürs WC, eine Art Hochstühlchen. Hilfreich ist die Gezeitenuhr. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett. Zum Glück gibt es zwei Stellplätze in der Einfahrt, denn Parkplätze an der Straße sind durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum sehr schönen Strand knapp. ln der Parallelstraße zur Promenade, die 50 m vom Haus entfernt ist, gibt es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Fremdenverkehrsinformation etc. Für den Großeinkauf empfliehlt sich der Aldi in Zuidcote, Frischmilch gibt es im etwas größeren Carrefour nahe der D 601. (Es gibt nirgends laktosefreie Milchprodukte, außer 1,2 % Milch; wohl Sojaprodukte, Mandelmilch.) In den Sommermonaten gibt es Animation am Strand, z.B. Sport, einen Sandburgenbauwettbewerb oder einen kleinen Hüpfburgpark. Es gibt auch kostenlose Musikangebote und einen feststehenden Markt mit Kunsthandwerk, Kleidung etc. Man kann bei De Panne in Belgien eine schöne Dünenwanderung (10 km) machen und günstig tanken. Dunkerque ist nah und lohnt sich, der Zoo und das Aquarium (sonntags kostenlos) nicht. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Lovely family holiday

Wij waren met het gezin op vakantie. Mooi huis, liefdevolle vrouw (moeder) ontvangen. Via messenger goed contact met de zoon. Indrukwekkende omgeving ( oorlog) en veel wandel mogelijkheden en bezienswaardigheden. Lekker eten, let op kan vaak pas vanaf 19 uur in restaurant terecht. En schoon strand. Alles voor een top vakantie als je ook van cultuur houd.

Vacances à Bray-Dunes

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Flavie à l'arrivée. La maison est idéalement située, la plage au bout de la rue, les commerces à proximité etc... Aucun bruit particulier même le week-end du 14/07. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace dans cette grande maison qui selon nous ne manque de rien pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Le jardin spacieux est sans aucun vis à vis malgré les maisons autour grâce à la hauteur des haies, le jardin est très bien entretenu et il ne manque pas de fleurs. La maman de Flavie a été aussi très agréable lors du départ.

Schönes, großzügiges Haus in Top-Lage

Unsere zwei Wochen in dem Haus waren sehr schön. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten ganz leicht zu erreichen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind noch näher. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der erste Stock ist komplett renoviert und im Erdgeschoss sind sehr stilvolle ältere Möbel, großer Esstisch und eine Polstersitzgruppe um den Kamin. Das Tollste: Es ist alles da! Von Bettwäsche, über Handtücher, Toillettenpapier und die Ausstattung der Küche. In der Küche ist wirklich alles da, wir konnten wunderbar kochen. Es gibt einen überdachten Bereich für Fahrräder und die ganzen Strandsachen. Die Begrüßung im Haus war sehr freundlich und die Hilfsbereitschaft, wenn mal was nicht klar war, sehr groß. Insgesamt alles Bestens! Vielen Dank!

Schönes Haus in Bray-Dunes

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, so dass wir als fünfköpfige Familie einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in dem Haus verbringen konnten. Das Dachgeschoss ist ausgebaut und verfügt über ein modernes Bad und 6 Schlafgelegenheiten. Der Garten ist groß, so dass unsere Kinder täglich viel Zeit dort verbringen konnten. Es gibt Platz für 2 Autos in der Einfahrt und der Weg zum Strand könnte kaum kürzer sein. Wir können das Haus von Flavie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage direkt in Strandnähe ist toll.

Maison spacieuse et confortable.

Nous avons eu un très bon séjour dans cette maison proche de la plage. Mais l'endroit était souvent bruyant la nuit. voilà le bémol.

Fantastisches Haus mit großem Garten in idealer Lage

Das Haus hat alles was man sich erträumen kann. Ein moderner Teil oben mit Regendusche und separatem WC sowie großem Schlafraum und abgetrenntem Elterschlafzimmer. Im Erdgeschoss findet sich ein urigen, riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit sehr großer Küche, in der von Gewürzen, Knoblauch und Kartoffeln bis zur Crepepfanne alles vorhanden ist sowie ein älteres Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, separatem WC und großzügigem Schlafzimmer. Wenn mal etwas kaputt ging, reagieren die Vermieter innerhalb weniger Minuten und schufen Abhilfe. Der Garten ist uneinsichtig, wunderschön bewachsen, die Pflaumen darf man pflücken - ungespritzt dafür natürlich teils wurmig. Zum Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker, Fischhändler sind es 2min zu Fuß, Supermarkt 5min. Fahrradwege nach Dunkerque und Belgien sind kindergerecht. Fahrradreparatur- und Verleih gibt es in Dunkerque mit Sofortservice. Die ganze Vermieterfamilie war sehr nett, so konnten wir den Schlüssel früher holen und später einchecken. Wir kommen gern wieder. Lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

tout etait parfait avec peut etre un bemol pour des couettes "hiver" en plein été cuisine avec nombreux plats et casseroles ce qui est parfait quand nous sommes 8 et agrément de 2 douches en rentrant de la plage c'est agréable de pouvoir tout faire à pieds

Magnifique maison

Chaleureux accueil de la part de Mme Brutel et sa famille. Belle maison bien agencée pourdeux familles. Un grand jardin véritable ecrin de verdure. Le plus : la plage toute proche

Maison spacieuse, jardin magnifique & cadre très agréable

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison située en plein cœur de Bray-Dunes, à 3 min. de la plage. La maison est idéale pour deux familles avec en tout 4 enfants. L'équipement de la cuisine est vraiment formidable, il ne manquait absolument de rien. Le très beau jardin est un oasis par temps de chaleur et incite à se reposer sur les transats à l'ombre d'un grand parasol. Merci à Madame Brutel et particulièrement à sa maman pour l'accueil chaleureux et leur réactivité lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous reviendrons !

Une maison agréable à vivre

Maison agréable à vivre, avec jardin, à deux pas de la plage. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment avec enfants et amis. La maison est très bien équipée, vous ne manquerez de rien.
