Family house in Vieil, on the island of Noirmoutier, for a great holiday 5 minutes' walk from the charming Mardi-Gras beach, accessible by a small path.
Comfortable house and beautiful garden facing south, very bright.
Quiet and not overlooked. Recent house, built in 2014, very functional and modern. Neat decoration.
Ideal for families, possibility of 4 adults max. and 4 children (8 beds, 4 bedrooms).
Baby equipment available.

4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with queen-size bed; 2 children's bedrooms with 2 bunk beds; 1 second adult bedroom with 140 bed.
1 shower room and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Large living room with fireplace and open to the terrace (bay window with brick partition), open and well-equipped workshop kitchen, 2 separate toilets.
Very nice terrace facing south.
The house is fully furnished, children's equipment (cot and high chair for baby), Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Bluetooth speaker, Hifi, TV, DVD player, garden furniture, barbecue, etc.
Free WIFI.

No animals. Linen not provided. Cleaning option to take at the end of the stay.

Located 5min walk from Mardi-Gras beach by small path (sailing school, beach club) and the center of Vieil (shops, restaurants, supermarket ...).
The center of Noirmoutier is 10 minutes by bike (markets, ...)
House located on the Gratibus line to move for free on the island.

This property was perfect for our 2 families. Tweens loved it and great for the little ones too. Plenty of room, outside space was perfect and location to town and bike routes was amazing. Really couldn’t fault our stay. Thank you

Tout était parfait . Hôte très agréable et disponible! Le ménage est le seul bémol, beaucoup de poussière un peu partout, vaisselle souvent salle , dommage car la maison est super et il n’est pas agréable de faire le ménage en arrivant

A deux pas de la plage et à quelques minutes des commerces. Maison comme décrite assez complète avec emplacement pour les vélos, mise à disposition d’une enceinte Bluetooth, assez d’espaces de vie. Seul hic la (petite) télévision qui en journée de pluie n’est pas évident :)

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréables dans cette maison. Très bien équipée, joliment décorée et proche des plages et du centre-ville du vieil, cette maison est idéale pour une famille. Le jardin est très bien exposé au sud et permet d'y prendre les repas et de s'y relaxer. Il faut également ajouter que la maison est très au calme car en second niveau de rue.
