Summary:
If you are looking for hiking trails, shopping, arcades, shows, restaurants or peace and quiet with river views then you will love staying here. It's great for 1-4 people (1 king bed, 1 queen bed). Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo conveniently located just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. This condo has everything you need to have a great vacation in the Smokies you won't be disappointed.
The Space:
The condo is super spacious with a living area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Right on the Little Pigeon River.
The living area features a reclining sofa and rocking chair, a big screen tv with cable television and fireplace. The dining area has a contemporary table with seating for 4.
The kitchen is fully equipped along with a Keurig for coffee service and ice maker. There is also a microwave, dishwasher, and stove for your convenience.
The bedrooms both have cable TVs and private bathrooms. The master bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer.
There is an oversized just above ground level balcony with a table and seating for enjoying the river views.
Our goal is to provide a 5-star experience for you and your guests.

All guests have 100% private access to the property. There is parking available on the side and in front of the property.

Dollywood's impressive Wildwood Grove expansion remains a must-visit, and for those seeking contemporary flavors, Downtown Flavortown at the Mountain Mile on Teaster Lane is not to be missed.

FYI, the trolley rates have gone up to a whopping $2.50 a ride for Dollywood/Splash Country and a $1.00 anywhere else or you can buy a day pass $3.00.

Access to 'River Cottage' is via a door code. Before your arrival, we'll send you this code, accompanied by a link to our Rental Agreement. Ensure you e-sign the agreement in advance for a smooth check-in.
Interaction with Guests:
99% of the time my wife and I are available to our guests to handle any need. We only live a short drive away from Pigeon Forge and we also have several resources in the area to meet any need that may arise.
