About this property

Our condo is located in Mountain View Condos-which was voted BEST CONDOS IN PIGEON FORGE for both 2016 and 2017. Our unit is located in building 5 on the 7th floor. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy relaxing in the rockers and enjoying the beautiful Mountain View’s, you can have a great view of Dollywood’s fireworks. ( firework shows are Summer time and Christmas Holiday).

Mountain View is located right beside
Country Tonite Theater and Dunkin Donuts.
Mountain View is also less than a mile to the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, WonderWorks Museum, Hollywood Wax Museum, Titanic Museum and Local Goat Restaurant. It’s less than 1.5 miles to the Tanger Outlets Mall, Apple Barn Cider Mill and The Island at Pigeon Forge. The condo is 2 miles from Le’Conte Center and straight up the Parkway to Gatlinburg. At the main road there is a trolley stop that will take you throughout the local area ( including Dollywood) .

This two bedroom and two bath condo is newly remodeled and provides plenty of space to enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay. There are 9’ ceilings (except the kitchen) and crown molding in the living room and dining room areas.
You will enjoy the spilt floor plan of the condo as you take advantage of all the amenities that make you feel welcome and interested in returning for your next getaway.

The fully-equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances which include: stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker , Keurig along with all the untensils you need to prepare meals.

The living room has abundant seating and a cozy electric fireplace. Kickback in the couch( with sofa sleeper) and two new recliners and what the 55’ Smart Roku Tv mounted above the mantle.

The master bedroom has a 43’ Smart Roku Tv for watching the game while relaxing on the king-size bed with brand new Serta mattress and new bedding. Blackout drapes make it easy to sleep late in the morning. The master bath includes a granite double-vanity, with a gorgeous large full glass walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds with new Serta mattress and all new bedding along with a 43’Smart Roku Tv. Blackout drapes make it comfortable for you to sleep in. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combination with a granite sink vanity.

This condo is fully equipped with a brand new washer and dryer.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo
(No password required). If you have Netflix account or Disney plus account you can watch those in the living room and both bedrooms .

The building has centrally located guest carts to aid in handling your luggage or purchases from a day of shopping.

Mountain View offers an indoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool ( plenty of lounger chairs for sunbathing) a 17 person hot tub, kiddy pool play area, a basketball court, volleyball net, horseshoe pit, for hole, grills with picnic areas, and 2 play structures for the kids. There is also a quarter-mile walk-in trial bordered by seating areas .

Beautiful place to come back to after a long day!

Overall the property was very clean and well kept and was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed being able to come home to the beautiful condo and relax after a fun day of entertainment in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Was our first time during spring break and it was really busy but we had a place to relax that was clean and cozy! Was stocked with what you needed to do some cooking so you did not have to eat out for every meal which was nice. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Condo and the view off the back balcony was beautiful especially at sun set. Thank you for letting us enjoy your Condo for our spring break with our kiddos! One note though was that the air fresheners although smelled good were quite a bit overpowering so we had to unplug them and store them outside until our stay was over - some in our family were sensitive to the strong smell.

Great get-away.

Property was conveniently located for Dollywood, the Smoky Mountains and the Appalachian trail. Parking was convenient (right in front). Kitchen was equiped with tableware and cooking utensils, bathroom had travel size shampoo, lotion and shower gel. Pool available. Great for families.

Spring break

This condo is beautiful! Jessica made everything a breeze from booking to check in/check out. It felt like home! This was a trip for my 3 kids ( 17,14,9) they also loved it, the pool , hot tub and basketball court was also a plus. I plan to stay here in the future when I return to Pigeon Forge if it’s available! Oh!!! The sunrise and sunsets from the balcony were 10/10!!! Thanks again Jessica for making our stay everything❤️

Wonderful Stay!!

What is not to like about this condo?! Modern and updated throughout. 3 large and comfortable beds and 2 full baths. Peaceful and great views, yet super close to everything in Pigeon Forge, TN. Less than an hour drive to Great Smokey Mountains for great hiking! Hot Tub and Indoor pool on premise were great. Electric Fireplace, large dining room table, and plenty of seating. This place is most certainly a 10/10 rating. Owner was a pleasure to work with! Most definitely will return if in the area!
