Very comfortable sparkling 1 Bedroom Ski In Ski Out Unit Great Rates!

Trails End lobby and Spa is undergoing remodeling May 1 to November 30, 2025. The lobby will have new tile, wall treatments, lighting and seating areas, All hallways will receive new carpet and elevator lobby furniture.
The Spa will be completely rebuillt with new ADA accessible restroom & shower. A new exterior hot tub and sauna is planned with all new equipment and vibe.

Trails End offers Ski In/Ski Out access to the base of Peak 9. This is one of the favorite places to stay with the Peak 9 ski area out the back door as well as hiking and biking trails and access to all of Breckenridge within walking distance.

This complex offers wonderful easy access that will afford you the ability to walk to Main Street and enjoy all of the wonderful shopping and restaurants and night life that Breckenridge has to offer. Want to Ski the Summit? Easy access to the transportation center that will provide transportation to Keystone, Copper and Arapahoe Basin for skiing and riding. Ready to hit the slopes? Just walk out the back door, ski or ride to the 6 person Quicksilver Chair to zoom you up the mountain.

Trails End is so convenient that you can ski home to have lunch and be back up the mountain before you know it. The unit is completely remodeled with new appliances, new granite and marble counter tops, new bathroom tub and tile. The kitchen is fully equipped for your dining experience.

After skiing enjoy the outdoor hot tub and sauna to help you unwind. You also will ahve access to the Upper Village pool and hottubs just across the street. Leave your skis in the locker on the main floor and take the elevator up to your unit. We have a wonderful private balcony with access from the living room and the bedroom room.

The unit has a wonderful new gas fireplace, TV with a DVD player and a flat screen in the bedroom. I want you to be comfortable while you are away from your home.

Clean property and unbeatable location. Had some issues with getting in (received wrong code) but the emergency line for the building was able to help me. Beds are a little firm and struggled to find sheets for the sofa bed (only had fuzzy blankets) but everything was clean which was the most important thing for me. Location is right next to town and very walkable.

Great location for 2 person ski week!

The condo is adequately appointed- all you need for a short stay! The walk to Quicksilver lift is easy and close- what a gift! We walked to town every day for incredible dinners, wine tastings, music, and staples. Did not have a car, so this location is a dream. Highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway

TE unit 217 was just as advertised - cute, comfortable, clean. It’s in a perfect location for accessing Main Street Breckenridge shopping and dining, along with great hikes and biking.

Comfy pad, great location

This was a very comfy and convenient property, exactly as advertised! It's on a quiet road, is only 50m to the nearest ski lift and ticket desk, and has parking on the property. The fireplace and temperature controls worked great, and there was a cute balcony perfect for an evening beer.

My husband and I stayed at Tails End for 6 days and it was just what we needed....a break from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described, had all of the starter necessities we needed, and the location was FANTASTIC! Bob, the owner, was very responsive and helpful to my questions, and check-in and check-out could not have been easier. This condo is close to the mountain, hiking trails, and downtown Main Street. We will definitely be back. Although we visited in the fall the location is perfect for ski season as well. Thanks, Breck...we will return and stay here again.

my two young adult boys stayed here for 4 nights. they loved the location and convenience of the property. the condo was the perfect size for them. truly ski in and ski out. they did note the tv's weren't working or potentially the cable, but this did not bother them as they didn't really watch much tv. they walked to restaurants and the parking was directly behind the building. the owner, bob, is just the best. he answers every and all questions in a timely manner and is responsive to any request. really great vrbo experience.

Summer in Breckenridge

We made a last minute trip to Breckenridge and escaped the Texas heat. Bob and the property manager were great to coordinate our rental on short notice. Trails End is a wonderful location just a short walk to Main Street. There are trails for hiking and biking and gondola access all within walking distance. Due to Covid, Breckenridge in general was very diligent and consistent about requiring face masks and hand sanitizer at every Establishment including in the Trails End building. Main Street was closed to cars and the space was used for social distancing for restaurant dining so there is an overall commitment to safety given the many people traveling from all over. The unit itself was cozy, well stocked and just as described. It was a great home base for us for the week and we would recommend this condo to others. The doors to the building remain locked and have keyed access and we never had to wait for the elevator. There was ample parking even with our bikes on our SUV and we used the grill on the balcony which was nice. Thanks Bob for a great stay at your condo.

My friend and I stayed at the property for just 2 nights, but it was great! Walkable to the main street with all of the shops and restaurants and met all of our needs. Laundry just down the hall which was great to not have to fly home with dirty clothes. Beautiful hiking in the area. No complaints!

Nice unit and complex

This is a nice 1 bed/1 bath. Perfect for a single person or couple. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Parking is very convenient vs other locations, and the complex is a quick walk to the downtown area for restaurants. Highly recommend.

Breckenridge vacation

We have stayed here several years in a row. The property is well maintained, very clean and Bob is always quick to respond to any communication. It is an easy walk to downtown Breck. We have already booked next year. We recommend it to all of our friends thinking about visiting Breck.

The only downside was that we had to carry things up stairs. I had specifically asked if there was an elevator. I’m handicapped and don’t do stairs well. I think we should have been informed and not just surprised when we arrived.

I was in the property and rental management business in Breckenridge for over 41 years so I know what a great location Trails End is.

Trails End is in a Fantastic Location; You walk out your back door and you are on the ski slope! So close you can come home for lunch. Interested in Ski School? Again, right out the back door to join your class. Wondering about security with such a great location? Only guess have access to the building so you are sharing this great location only with your neighbors.

Want to walk to town and wander through the great shops and dine at our resturants? NO problem, you are a city block from Main Street and if you don't feel like walking the town offers a free shuttle service you can hop on.
