Modern house in the small village of Rosais, comfortable, quiet with a garden and two terraces (East and West orientation) 2 minutes from the sea.
On the ground floor, a large living room (lounge / dining room) with modern equipped kitchen opening onto a sheltered terrace.
A small reading room in peace with mezzanine (office) and room of shower annexed.
A laundry room with large washing machine and dryer. Separate WC.

Magnifique maison bien située. Parfaite pour notre famille de 4 couples. Beaux volumes, jolies chambres, cuisine topissime et terrasse très appréciée avec plancha à disposition. Belles balades dans la région à pied et à vélo. Tout était parfait !
