Walk miles of silky sand beach, swim in warm tropical gulf waters, enjoy gorgeous sunsets, play tennis on professional courts or simply relax by the heated pool.

From your family room and lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and over-the-range microwave and other essentials meet all your vacation needs. The unit includes brand new furniture in living room with a queen sleeper sofa, 60'' TV with cable, a DVD player, and Free Wi-Fi in the unit. This condo includes beach chairs and towels. The bedroom has a king-size bed. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination and a large closet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Trolley service runs continuously in front of Estero Beach and Tennis Club where you can tour the entire island for 50 cents! Local attractions are a short walk away. You are right across the street from restaurants, Santini Shopping Plaza, and Fish Tale Marina.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers

Please note during winter season months (mid-December to mid-April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a one-week minimum.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

Beautiful property in a nice private area.

This property is very nice located in a quiet condo setting. The grounds are beautiful with tropical landscaping. It is perfect for two adults. There are plenty of restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk and Lover’s Key State park is a short trolley ride. The only down side is that the TriPower office is 2 miles away which is inconvenient if you do not have a car on the island.

Perfect Location

Excellent choice. Exactly as described. Great location. Condo was small, but we knew that and it was absolutely perfect for the both of us. Will definitely book again.

Estero Beach 1003C

We really enjoyed the condo, the beach view & access. TriPowers staff was outstanding, Marie especially. Check in was a bit frustrating as we did not receive an email with the codes prior to arrival to get into building and condo. The water had also not been turned on for the condo before hand either. At midnight it was a bit frustrating but Marie problem solved each issue well. We were pleasantly surprised having a well equipped kitchen and beach storage closet for all of the things we could not pack in a suitcase. Bathroom was perfect for two. The only true drawback of the condo was the lukewarm water from hot water heater for showering. We were informed that the temperature could not be raised higher than it was for rental legalities. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach as well as convenient places to eat and do light shopping without having to get in a car. We would recommend this site to others as we truly enjoyed our stay after the check in hiccups were solved.
