This entire flat with a beautiful terrace facing Guatemala street has a living room, also with a desk (if you need to work or just to use your laptop); fully equipped kitchen; Comfortable bedroom with queen bed; Fully equipped bathroom with shower and bathtub. A/C, roof fans, central heating, gas powered kitchen, refrigerator, TV, WIFI.

The surroundings are quiet and nice, surrounded by many parks, cafés, art galleries, design stores, etc.
