Relaxing stay with great views

The Seawatch condos have the best views in Vilano Beach. This unit is well-equipped and comfortable for a couple. Martha and Regina went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. It is such a treat to have the beach just steps away, and all of the attractions of St. Augustine are about a 10 minute ride. This condo is a tremendous value.

Vilano Beach Vacation

The condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach and ocean. It has an incredible porch that overlooks the ocean with absolutely beautiful ocean views. The condo was updated, very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing too.

Great condo close to St Augustine! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool!! Condo was well stocked and communication was great! Only minor complaint would be that there were only 2 tall chairs for the outside table and the condo slept 4.

Another truly wonderful stay. This is our third time in this condo and it gets better each visit. Anything you need is there, the views are amazing. Six weeks wasn’t long enough. Regina is fantastic and quickly responds to any questions. Martha is the best as a hostess! Thanks!

another great vacation

This was our 2nd month long vacation at Martha's condo in the last 2 yrs. Again it didn't disappoint. As they say, location, location, location. Nice place at the beach

This was our fourth rental at Sea Watch condos. As always, we enjoyed the fantastic views, access to the beach, and the well kept pool. You can’t beat the Vilano Beach location with its close proximity to St. Augustine. This unit is on the second floor, so the sunrise view are beautiful, and the panoramic view of the ocean allows for boat and dolphin watching. The unit is well maintained but slightly dated. The furnishings were adequate but could be more comfortable. Nevertheless you have everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your time at the beach.

Quiet Condo on the Beach

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this condo. We love the covered deck. It is so nice to sit out there and watch the sun rise. The unit is clean and well stocked. The location is great as it away from the crowds but close enough to dining and shopping. We will be staying here again in the future.
