This beautiful first floor condo is a 2BR, 2BA unit that has a great Ocean view. It is only 8 Units back from the Beach! This condo has a beautiful tile foyer, with 2 recently renovated bathrooms. The condo sleeps 6 with one queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds, and one pull out sofa bed. The unit is equipped with 3 televisions - all with DirecTV/Smart access, clock radios in each room, microwave, iron and board, and many other amenities you enjoy at home. In addition, the entire resort has free wireless internet service.

This condominium is located in a 33-acre gated oceanfront resort with six swimming pools (two indoors), four whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas, six lighted tennis courts, putting greens, basketball and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, picnic and cookout areas, playground, oceanfront cabana bar, snack shops, convenience store, new lazy river, and 24-hour security. Just footsteps from the beach!

The resort is located minutes south of downtown Myrtle Beach away from the busy streets of the city in a safe family environment. Numerous restaurants, beach shops, Grand Coastal Mall, Broadway at the Beach (providing both shopping and nightlife), miniature golf, theaters, and amusement parks are located within a short driving distance.

Small beach communities including Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown are also a short drive. If golfing is your specialty, there are over 130 golf courses located throughout Myrtle Beach. The resort also offers daily activities during peak season for children ages five and up. Activities include face painting, pool games, shell searches, and more.

If you want to just relax, do not forget the beautiful Atlantic Ocean just a few footsteps away, and enjoy your favorite drink or burger at the oceanfront cabana bar located within the resort. No matter what age, Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Resort have something to offer everyone!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Air conditioner is turned up to 75 degrees during the summer months and heat down to 60 during the winter months.

Bring your own blankets and towels for use on the beach, balcony, pool etc.

Absolutely no barbecuing on porches or balconies. Please use designated areas for such purposes.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest agrees to inspect the property upon arrival. Please notify the owner of any damages or problems upon arrival.

The condo was very clean upon arrival. It’s located in the perfect spot. Close enough to the beach. The family enjoyed staying there. So much for us to do without having to leave the resort. Will definitely book again.

Barb and Joe were great to deal with. Instant response to any questions we had. Great spot ! secure clean and a multitude of amenities. Hot tub and pool just down the hall. Great Condo and location

This condo is close to all the indoor/outdoor pools, grills, ocean and the bar/restaurant- which are all onsite. The condo was very comfortable and well decorated plus all the amenities you need. I like the added touch of them providing TP, paper towels, etc. when you first get there, very thoughtful. And I can't stress enough of the convenience of being on the 1st floor - no waiting for elevators or taking the stairs. Also get a great view of the ocean from the condo's patio. We had a fabulous stay and it was a pleasure to meet the owners Joe & Barb.

Great beach condo

My daughter and I had a blast with my 3 month old at the beach. This condo was perfect for us. We had a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the lazy river. The Quarter Deck is a restaurant/bar on the beach yet inside the resort. The food was very good there. The condo is well stocked and clean. If I had one negative thing to say, Neither of us liked the beds. Everything else was perfect.

Location is only good thing about this unit

This is the worst unit we have ever rented. The unit is outdated, the beds were terrible, the balcony door was hard to open and extremely loud and over all the unit is very small. We will not be back to this rental in the future.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your time in our unit. As you can see by many, recent reviews, most guests enjoy our condo, and many return year-after-year. Had you actually contacted us during your stay, we could have assisted with some of the issues you mentioned - including obtaining a "tea pitcher" so you and your family could enjoy tea together. You mentioned the beach chairs that were left on the balcony should have been thrown away. When you emailed me, I pointed out they would have been left by a previous guest, but you could feel free to use them if they were in a condition to be used. Obviously they were not, and so we apologize for that. You indicated the unit is very small. We have never had anyone mention the size of the unit, which is why we also indicated you would not be able to bring additional guests as you had intended, which would have made 8 guests, when the unit only accommodates 6. The unit itself has had several updates, and the beds in the guest bedroom have recently been replaced. The mattress in the master bedroom does need replaced, but we were not aware of that until you let us know. Again, many of the areas you indicated that were not to your liking could have easily been resolved with communication during your trip.
