From the moment you walk in, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful cherry wood floors, elegant oak furnishings, and an inviting open-concept layout filled with natural light and breathtaking views. With over 3,600 square feet under roof, this home was built for comfort, entertaining, and relaxation.
The enormous master suite is a private oasis with his-and-hers full bathrooms, a large walk-in closet, cozy sitting/TV area, and French doors that open to a wraparound deck — where you’ll experience some of the most stunning sunsets Florida has to offer. Two additional bedrooms provide beautiful island views, including one with its own private balcony overlooking the water.
On the main level, enjoy gathering in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, Corian countertops, and a central island perfect for preparing meals together. Loved this house, it was so beautiful and I saw a dolphin in the gulf from the top balcony when I arrived! There was plenty of deck room, walked in the water to the beach on the wonderful sand bar. The family snorkeled and looked at the Blue Crabs, Horseshoe Crabs, starfish, mullet, dolphins, and even a baby hammerhead shark. Everyone in the family played billards, we played some family games, and the TV had Amazon Prime for movies. The kitchen has great pots and pans and plenty of dishware, only regret is that I did not have more days.
Host was very responsive. House in good condition. Well stocked with paper goods and soaps. Laundry room was an added bonus. Plenty of towels for bathing and plenty beach towels. All appliances worked as expected. Gas grill was another bonus. Cleaning mops, brooms, vacuum and dusters were conveniently located in the laundry room. Very clean home. The beach/park was a three minute walk. Amenities at beach. ( bathrooms, kids play area , beach, three pavilions with charcoal grills. Food truck only on weekends)great for small children the water is calm and low.
Very nice house witha great view of the gulf and beautiful sunsets
Easy to check in, just out enough to get away from the hassle and bustle of the city. Restaurant just down the road with great food. Would definitely stay again!
This is a great vacation home! Excellent location with great amenities. Home was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were extremely comfortable and pool table was a great addition to our family time. I would highly recommend this beach home!!
The location of the property can not be beat. I love the beach and make a point to travel to locations with great beach access and Laura’s Pine Valley house did not disappoint. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to stay again.

Thank you Shelly! Look forward to you coming back!
We stayed here with our family (total 6 people) and the house was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. The private beach is just 200' from the door and it was fantastic. We even saw dolphins.
The house was perfect. Plenty of room for my family. Lots of things to do nearby. And the view off the deck was awesome. Highly recommend this property if you want peace and quiet.
4th time staying here. We love the island and the beautiful house. We saw 🐬 dolphins everyday. So quiet and peaceful. Home away from home. Can't wait to go back.
We absolutely loved this property. We loved the beach, the water, the county beach just a short walk away, the spacious rooms and the wonderful sunset view from the upper balcony. The owners were very responsive and everyone we met was very nice. We have already booked a return trip. Can’t say enough good things about this property.
It was the perfect house for our family.
We loved so much to sit on the second floor deck for breakfast and for sunsets with a glass of wine.
The home was spotless and spacious for our family to relax and enjoy
Thank you so much for opening your home to us.
Would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a chill Florida vacation
This is a Wonderful home in a relaxing location and our second time staying here. The first floor is open concept and a great place to just hang out. We love the quiet neighborhood and nearby beach. Everything is as described and the owners are responsive and easy to work with. Kayaking on the various springs is also a great time. Our favorite restaurant is Bryans Place. We fully recommend this property.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Pine Island gem. The house was beautiful - far exceeded our expectations for a vacation stay. Very comfortable, upscale, and even had some toys/books for my toddler and a pack-n-play for our infant. The private beach at the end of the lane is also gorgeous - clear water with lots of fun for the kids to poke around in the water or adults to enjoy a beautiful, secluded sunset. The area was more "out there" than we anticipated but we ended up really liking the seclusion and vibe - definitely different than many places in Florida.
