Newly remodeled home with a detached office /playroom in a great central location. Enjoy a short walk to the pier, downtown, parks, coffee houses, and restaurants. The property has two bedrooms two baths, a huge sunroom, master with patio, detached office and plenty of closet space. Wi-Fi and security system available. Sofa in living room opens to a bed. The additional (3rd) bedroom is a separate structure which doesn't have water.

Great location

The house was very clean and everything seems brand new. The owner was very quick to respond and help out. You can walk to the pier in under 10 minutes and Ventura Harbor is a 10 minute drive.
