The condo has two 3rd floor balconies with unbelievable views!

Upon entering the unit you will find a very roomy guest bedroom with queen bed and guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. You will also find the large and beautifully decorated master bedroom with a very comfortable king bed and en suite bath. Master bathroom also has tub/shower combo.

Step into the living room with vaulted ceilings and prepare yourself to be in awe of the views! Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, leather recliner and dining area with seating for 6. A cozy wood burning fireplace is the centerpiece of the room. Please feel free to enjoy a warm fire on a cold evening overlooking the mountain landscape. Small kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook a gourmet meal. Full size refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker and more!

Up the spiral staircase you will find an area the kids (or kids at heart) are sure to enjoy! Loft area includes two twin beds, TV for playing DVDs, board games and an awesome game console with over 1,000 games for you to play!

Our condo has two small balconies for you to enjoy the majestic Smokies.

The Gatlinburg Summit complex has so many amenities for you and your family to enjoy! Seasonal outdoor pool, small playground area, picnic tables and charcoal grills, small game room inside office building, coin operated laundry on site and FREE firewood for you to use during your stay in those colder months!

Important Information:
-This condo is located on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by the indoor stairwell. This complex does NOT have elevators.
-This is a NON-SMOKING unit (absolutely no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony).
-NO PETS are allowed at the condo or on the condominium premises.
-We have a doorbell camera, so we can monitor check in, check out, and our cleaning service.
-Wild bears do wander onto the property often. Please do NOT feed the bears or attempt to interact with them for your own safety.

Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
