In recent residence with trees (2012) T2 of 33 m2 with terrace of 9 m2, contemporary furniture brand new FREE WIFI. FREE SHUTTLE ANGLET BEACH 200meters from the residence ALL 15MN from 7:30 to 20h.
The apartment is composed of:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed and a closet (possibility to lend a cot on request).
- American kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave grill, senseo, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine and dryer, electric griddle.
- Dining room with real sofa bed (mattress 140x190 - 2 people), TV, overlooking terrace.
- Bathroom with shower (hair dryer).
- Many storage. Private parking. Iron and ironing board.
For the 2 sleeping quilts provided with duvet cover and pillows.

The apartment is ideally located, close to shops, cinema, market QUINTAOU. 5 km from the Grande Plage of Biarritz and the beach of the Chambre d'Amour in Anglet. Entrance of the Parc Montaury by the residence.
A 3. 7 kms from Biarritz airport and 5. 5 kms from Biarritz train station. At the entrance of the Residence bus line for Biarritz (center and beach) and Bayonne (line 4 and 6).
FREE shuttle to the beaches of Anglet at 500 meters every 15 minutes.

Appartement et immeuble très correct et bien entretenu. Avons apprécié de garer la voiture au sous-sol. Avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. Seul inconvenient, la rue est très bruyante. La destination GPS est mal indiquée sur l'annonce.

De superbes vacances !!!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances au Pays Basque !!! Beaucoup d'activités à faire entre mer et montagne !!! Accueil des propriétaires au top avec de petites attentions qui nous ont touchées !!! Appartement propre et fonctionnel dans résidence calme. Petit bémol sur le bruit au niveau de la terrasse (route passante) mais nous avions vu les commentaires précédents et rien de méchant... Merci beaucoup ! A refaire !

Logement confortable

Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée avec de petites attentions. Le logement est situé à proximité des services, accès au bus, navette plage, commerces. La terrasse à proximité d un axe passager permet difficilement de profiter pleinement de l espace extérieur.

Excellent, mais ?

Excellent sur tous les points : - propreté - décoration - accueil (draps fournis...) - parking couvert - emplacement (commerces, restos, bus à 5-10 mn à pied. Mais la baie vitrée du salon et la terrasse donnent sur une rue assez passante donc assez bruyante. Donc à part cela c'est petit et mignon, propre. Je recomande, on se croirait à l'hotel.

Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre, il ne manque de rien. Propriétaire super agréable, et attentionné envers ses clients, boissons Au frais, gâteaux du pays super bons, et si on rencontre le moindre problème il est présent. Très bonne adresse. Qualité prix super. Lit confortable, canapé , TV, wifi, tout est parfait. Nous conseillons cette adresse.
