Very peaceful location by the Chateau volterra Vineyards in the cap Camarat pinetree forest with amazing walks from the house door in the cap Camarat and surroundings (to Pamplonne beach or Cap Camarat lighthouse and coastal trekking tracks). Spar supermarket 5mn by Les tournels (Ramatuelle). No direct view on neighbors located 250m at least.

Housekeeper twice a week for 3 hours each session possibility of daily housekeeping

Children friendly (2 portable baby beds / cots and 2 baby high chairs). Outdoor and indoor games.

Large living room and dinning for 10 people with fireplace (not in use in summer), separate toilet.

All bedrooms are air conditioned to the most modern standard with low noise appliances. On left wing of the house large master bedroom with a pool garden view king size bed and en suite bathroom and separate toilet. On the same wing a top floor bedroom with pool and 360 garden view (very limited rear seaview) with king size bed sat TV, office desk and a separate bathroom located in a third bedroom with two single beds with a rear garden view. Both the top floor bedroom and the bedroom with bath at the rear are accessible by a separate door in a garden or through the master bedroom. On the right wing 3 bedrooms with one king size bed and pool garden view, one queen bed and one with two single beds and a separate bathroom in the corridor all with garden views. In the garden 50m from the house a small garden house offering a seventh bedroom more suitable for teenagers / young adults or a maid (also air conditioned) in the pinetree forests with two single beds a separate bathroom and toilet.

Although there are 12 beds out of which 4 double beds we rent only up to 10 guests with additional capacity for 2 infants.

From June to September rental requests for one month, two weeks of one week will take priority
