When you enter the home, you'll step in to the home's primary sitting room. Relax in here with your family while watching movies on the large screen TV, or simply take in the coziness of the room's fireplace. This is a great room for the combination or relaxation and entertainment.

Head up the stairs to find the home's second sitting area, part of an open floor plan with a formal dining area and spacious kitchen. The upper level sitting area is great for families to relax and hang out together while meals are being prepared in the kitchen. This sitting room faces directly in to the kitchen and dining area, making this area the prime spot for family time where everyone can disconnect with the outside world and connect with each other instead while enjoying a great home cooked meal. The kitchen provides long, spacious countertops and stainless steal appliances. In the kitchen you'll find a coffee pot, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

Head down the hall to find the home's master suite with private master bathroom. Being just one of the 5 bedrooms, you'll have ample sleeping options, making this stay perfect for large family gatherings. Throughout the bedrooms you'll find a total of one queen bed, two king beds, a California king, and three bunk beds!

Have some competitive, family fun in the home's large game room! Step inside to see a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, poker table, and Foosball table! The room is complete with a fireplace as well as a TV. There is something in this room for everyone to have some indoor entertainment.

Indoor fun isn't all you can find here, step out on to the home's back deck for outdoor seating to enjoy a meal fresh off the grill, or slip in to the hot tub and relax after a long day of fun and exploring! If the indoor game room wasn't quite enough, partake in a game of horse shoes in the back yard! With plenty of yard space, adults and children alike will have space to enjoy being outside!

Note: DO NOT MOVE THE GAME TABLES, IF YOU MOVE THE TABLES, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
