Castle Glen Estates - Views, views & more views! As soon as you get to this home you will be set into a state of relaxation. When you pass through the front door you will be greeted by a two story wall of windows with spectacular views of the mountains and ski resorts. Enjoy the large deck for your outdoor entertaining, dining & hot tub! This gorgeous home backs to Eagle Preserve and US Forestry Land. High, beamed, logged knotty pine ceilings in the great room also, featuring a floor to ceiling rock-faced, wood burning fireplace that is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, custom granite, & knotty alder cabinets. The loft is a wonderful area to relax, read a book, or just take in the views! The master bedroom features a spacious master bathroom, slate floors and walls, and dual sinks. The home has air conditioning for those warmer summer days along with central heat and the wood burning fireplace for those amazing winter snow days. Plenty of parking for you and your guests with the circular driveway.

* Max occupancy – 14 people, 8 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.

* Parking Details:
Max of 4 cars on-site. (Does have garage access) 240 AMP EV charger located in the garage. *CORD IS NOT INCLUDED!!

* This home is pet friendly! (Maximum: 2 pets)
Pets MUST be pre-approved in advance.
A pet fee of $125 per pet will apply IF the pet(s) has been approved. Pet fee is requested after the booking is confirmed.
* If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet.
Pet Rules:
- Do not leave pets unattended in the home unless kenneled.
- Do not let pets on any furniture or beds.
- Pick up after your pet.
- You will be responsible and charged for any damages caused by pets.

The same way you are expecting us to answer all your questions, concerns and help you out with any issue you might have in a timely manner, we are expecting you to be respectful of the home and the rules. Most of these rules are enforced by city officers since they follow a code or regulation at a city level, some are just to keep the homes as perfect as we possibly can, believe me when I say, all I care is for my guests to have an amazing experience and for my owners to love our services, but for that, rules need to be respected on both sides.

- Face-to-face check-in is mandatory by the city code, we will check you in at our office, which is in the Village, it will be quick and easy I promise! Based upon availability and to provide flexibility for our guests, we offer early check-in and late check-out options. There is a fee associated with this service. If you'd like to check in before the usual time, please inquire with front desk, as well for late check-out.
- Parking at homes is enforced by city officers, no more cars than allowed please, if so, let us know and we will figure something out for you.
- Max occupancy at the homes are enforced by us and the city, you cannot have more people than allowed, at any given time, please do not lie to us, that would just make it harder for you in the end.
- You must be respectful with neighbors, if you have music going on, it needs to be inside the home as low as you can talk with your family and friends without raising your voice, think no one should hear the music from the outside. Quiet hours are from 2100 until 0800.
- This home has AC!
- Ants, our super friendly ants are an issue, not a cleaning problem, they are just around. If you leave food over the counter tops, table or sugar, you will have ants soon enough, you have to clean after each meal, not just for good practice, but to avoid them, we put traps, spray and all, but the little ones are fast and don't care about it.
- Taking the trash to the clean site is a city regulation, not mine. but if you have issues doing it, we can offer you a service who will charge you to do it for you, let us know.
- You must be at least 24 years old to book any of our homes. We are a family-oriented company and we do not allow parties at all. The city will enforce this heavily and so do we.

Luxury Villa with stunning mountain views
Fantastic, luxury villa in an incredible neighbourhood with majestical mountain/ forest views, ran by a great and efficient management team. The outdoor deck is fantastic, fully furnished with beautiful views and an added bonus of a hot tub. Everything about the property, it’s driveway, land, bedrooms, kitchen, contents etc is very high end and there is a even a piano and an air hockey table. My family and i couldn’t have got our California adventure off to a better start than at this property in Big Bear. Thank you.

Beautiful home and setting
Great house. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views off the very private feeling back deck. Enjoyed the clean jacuzzi, and the kids loved the air hockey table. The kitchen could use some pots, pans and cookie sheets for those planning on making dinners at the house. Would totally come back again.
