Recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in a prime location. Located in Old Town Scottsdale very close to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Place was perfect, very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and showers were huge. Had a nice area in back with outdoor table and chairs. 2 spaces for parking was perfect. Lovely space!

Clean and comfortable

The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. There we changes in the payment process from the last time I rented a property, but once I figured it out, it went smoothly

Nice place in Scottsdale

Neighborhood felt safe to walk around at night. Grocery store less than 5 minute walk. Old Town is 10-15 minute walk.

Short New Years Stay

We stayed in this Townhouse over the New Years weekend. We picked this place because it had 2 Master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and King size bed. The townhouse was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay. I would add that the only negative was the coffee pot situation (one pot didn't work and the other was really slow). The location is ideal if you are looking to stay near Old Town Scottsdale. We walked just about everywhere and there is a grocery store a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely consider this place again if we stay in the area.
