GUEST ACCESS:
-Check-in process is a breeze. Guests will receive email prior to arrival with house rules, including electronic entrance, wifi codes and other details

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Published rates are for first 6 guests. Additional guests $60/pp/night
- The Town strictly enforces noise by-laws past 10 PM. Enforcement includes fines for both guests and host
- No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host
- Vehicle limit- 4-6 cars max
- Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose
- Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy. Additional charge applies if extra beds needed
-Detailed house rules (changes seasonally) will be emailed prior to arrival
- $150/hour for late check out (after 11 AM) or early check in (before 4 PM). We are usually very busy to accommodate early check in or late check out. Appreciate your understanding.

This was perfect for our family with teen. So much to do with an extremely peaceful neighborhood, great for walking, lounging, and even socializing at the vineyards and distillerys. Short drive to a ton Niagara Falls attractions. The owner really thought of everything to make this vacation easy and fun!

We had a fantastic stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with and made everything seamless from booking to check-out. The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were such a treat, especially after a full day out. And the view? Absolutely spectacular. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful property on a vineyard. Immaculate features with a hot tub, pool table, ping pong, sauna, and a number of other things that make for a memorable stay! We will definitely be recommending this oasis to our friends that visit NOTL.

Loved the property

My daughter and I stayed at the property for several days and absolutely loved it!! Due to the time of year and the high winds we were unable to use the fire pit or the hot tub. I’m sure the vineyard is absolutely beautiful during the summer months and we look forward to returning sometime in the future. We had an amazing time taking in all the sites of Toronto. We really appreciated the hospitality.

Simply Amazing!

This was an amazing home. There were 4 adults and two teenagers and it had it all! It was clean, beautiful, fully outfitted with climate controls, three levels, a stunning view, and all the amenities. Even the kitchen drawers are labeled to allow for ease! We will definitely be back!!

Had a fantastic stay at " Summer Wine". Great setup for large groups or families with all the extra activities available. Our family enjoyed the hot tub,bbq and had ourselves a fire late into the evening. The privacy and open space was very relaxing. My interactions with the owner was extremely easy. Answered all my questions very promptly and was great to deal with.

Couples getaway

3 couples stayed very comfortably, at this well appointed home. The husbands golfed, wives spent a day shopping in NOTL and we all enjoyed biking to a few nearby wineries. Home was well stocked for preparing meals. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of biking. Nayem was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We would book this spot again!

Perfect Fall Weekend

This home was perfect for our group and had all the things you needed for a fun and comfortable stay in the Niagara on the Lake region. The location in the countryside was very peaceful and a short drive to the wineries, restaurants, St. Catherines and NOTL. We saw a play during the Shaw Festival in NOTL that was very well done and is something we will surely do again some day. Host communication was excellent before and during the stay, wanting to make sure everything met our needs. The fall weather was perfect, the time passed all too quickly, and we had a great time!

Our stay at Nayem’s Property was honestly amazing. I couldn't have been happier with the trip and the experience overall. It’s a big place with tons to do, it’s never a dull moment when your here. Everything you could need it provided and more, The hospitality is beyond what was expected and pleasantly surprising. Summertime Wine

The property comfortably accommodated 6 people and the deck, hot tub and bbq were much appreciated by the ladies. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well supported with everything we needed for all our meals. The devices used in the vineyards to scare away birds weren’t overly intrusive but you were aware of them in the morning and evenings. The location of the house to Old Town and Golf was a little far out of the way but manageable. Over all we enjoyed the time spend. Thank you Nayem!

Canadian family get away

We had seven adults and one infant. There was so much space for us! Plenty of seating when we wanted to be together and lots of space when we needed to spread out. The property is 30 minutes or less from so many sites. When we did want to just relax we enjoyed all the amenities on the property which included the beautiful sunset over the vineyard behind the house. The property had already been reserved for a portion of our trip so we only got to spend half of our trip there. It was so worth it! We were all disappointed we couldn’t spend our entire vacation there.

Wonderful Wedding weekend in NOTL

My extended family and I had such a wonderful time at this VRBO home. The house was spacious (we didn't even end up needing the extra beds down in the basement) and fit my family of ~10 people very comfortably. We had everything we could have possibly needed for preparing meals. Nayem was also very accommodating. We are so appreciative of the ability to create memories in such a beautiful setting. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a retreat in the country!

Wonderful getaway

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Summerwine to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was perfect and accommodated 8 of us comfortably. We very much enjoyed our meals made from the well appointed kitchen and spent some time relaxing in the backyard overlooking the vineyard. Nayem was very responsive to our questions both before and during our visit. We would all love to come back someday.
