The main floor has the Queen bedroom suite, full bath, large kitchen with an island, dining table and a Livingroom. There is a kitchen walkout to the very private treed backyard with a dining and sitting deck with a hot tub and grill.
The Basement has some workout equipment and a full bath.
More than enough parking - 2 spots at the front and 4+ additional spots at the side of the house.
