from the city center and the port ... In a charming outbuilding, this cozy studio with swimming pool / balcony overlooking the sea.(hotel residence which always benefits from the advantages of the Hotel such as the restaurant)
Very well thought out, practical, this apartment is very pleasant in
daily. The view is clear in height, not overlooked on level 3 of a very quiet building with elevator.
You can park your vehicle there without problem, parking space included.
The studio has a large bed (possible a 3rd berth on request and free of charge, a balcony, a television as well as an equipped kitchen: Hob / microwave / toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
The fully tiled bathroom with towel warmer and towel available.
There is also a sun terrace and a free private outdoor swimming pool (only for residents).

A parking space (number 25) located at level one of the washerwomen road is available.
