Two-story stucco home built in 1926 located on one of the most beautiful streets in Summerville. Azaleas, dogwoods, nandenia, magnolias and hundred year old oak trees in every direction. Lots of old south character with seating on covered front porch and large deck in the back. Three bedrooms located in main house. Large formal living room & dining room as well as cozy den with 55" flatscreen TV off the kitchen. Very close to the National in quaint, charming neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance.
