Relaxing Week

Lovely secluded spot to enjoy the lovely town of Saint-Maxime. There was a great outdoor space for you to enjoy and the property was well equipped. Tennis, swimming pool and boulle all very close by. Very nice stay!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a very good shape and located in a beautiful and quiet surrounding, but still easy and quick to go to both the centre of Ste Maxime and to the beaches. The kitchen is well equipped and the outside area (terrace) is very nice and big. From an organizational point of view everything also went perfectly well. So we can really recommend this place.

Just lovely

The property is in a beautiful, peaceful neighbourhood. There are many facilities for swimming, tennis etc. We enjoyed the restful atmosphere very much The house had all the equipment we needed and we ate out in the sunshine on the deck most nights. A joyful holiday, thankyou Sylvie.

Nice villa in a quiet holiday village

We have had a wonderful stay in the villa, which is located in a quiet holiday village above St. Maxime. The house was equipped with everything which is needed for a recreative stay and as it is described. We used daily the big and refreshing pool and loved sitting on the large terrace. The booking process was easy and fast, the welcome warm and friendly, also the check out. We can recommend the villa to all follower.

Lovely home

Ou stay was super. Although the weather was not as hoped for, we enjoyed the house, surroundings and beautiful location. Through the trees, from the spacious terras, we could see the Mediterranean See and in the far St. Tropez. We also enjoyed our walks down to the boulevard of Ste. Maxime and her weekly markets. Our host Sylvie was very kind and helpful and we thank her for everything.

Absolutely perfect.

Second year and just as good! Lovely lovely house with so much attention to detail. There is everything you could possibly want. Gardens immaculate and pool is super clean.short morning stroll to the boulangerie. 25mins walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would love to go again next year. Thank you Sylvie so much xx

Nice place in a tiny little forest

We had a good week in the house. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean and we had a lot of shade outside. If you like sunbathing the whole day You probably should go to the pool which is roughly 100-200 meters away. You can play tennis, table tennis or Pétanque without any reservation. Nice beaches are only a 10 minutes drive away and we recommend to go there. Supermarket only 5 minutes. You can sit back and relax or enjoy the vibrant Saint-Maxime life if you like, so a good mix!

Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft schön und ruhig, aber zentral gelegen. Es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung ist sowohl liebevoll als auch vollumfänglich. Direkt am Haus gibt es die Möglichkeit den Pool zu nutzen, Tischtennis und Tennis zu spielen und sich im Boule zu probieren. Sandrine und Sylvie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Unser erster Eindruck war, dass alles in Wirklichkeit noch schöner aussieht als auf den Bildern. Man hat die Terrasse tatsächlich komplett für sich und wird überhaupt nicht von den Nachbarn gestört. Der Ausblick, die Ruhe und das Zirpen der Zikaden sind absolut entspannend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts! Der Pool ist relativ groß und in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Für unsere Kinder ein wahres Highlight! Es gibt drei Bäckereien in Fußreichweite. Ein Tipp für die Gäste, die Wert auf ihr Auto legen: nehmt euch unbedingt eine Abdeckplane mit, denn der Parkplatz befindet sich unter Pinien, deren Harz heruntertropft. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn wir das schon vorher gewusst hätten. Generell leidet die komplette Gegend unter einem Schädling in den Pinien, der zu vermehrtem Tropfen führt.Die Kommunikation mit Sandrine und Sylvie war immer freundlich und bei Problemen und Fragen wurde uns schnell geholfen bzw. geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr über die Getränke im Kühlschrank gefreut! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und Lage um richtig auszuspannen und zum Erkunden der Cote d' Azure und Profence. Bei durchgehend 34 Grad Aussentemperatur, war die Klimaanlage Gold wert. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man brauch inkl. schöner Plancha. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Environnement merveilleux (fin mai)

L immense terrasse/jardin(sans vis à vis)est l atout principal de ce Mazet.Équipée de beaucoup de transats confortables et heureusement ombragée à certains moments de la journée .Havre de paix sous les pins ,beaucoup d oiseaux et malheureusement beaucoup trop de moustiques…Le logement est très propre,joliment décoré et confortable.La petite cuisine est très bien équipée.La piscine (proche du Mazet) est très propre et peu fréquentée à cette période de l année.Les seuls petits points négatifs pour nous (couple de retraités)sont :la distance et les escaliers entre le parking et le logement (valises /courses).Nous avons été enchantés par l environnement (écureuils,chants des oiseaux).

C'est pourquoi il y a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres et à votre disposition des diffuseurs intérieurs (à brancher) et des coupelles pour les diffuseurs extérieurs (dans l'armoire de jardin, pour les spirales à brûler, le plus efficace pour dehors ...) La distance entre le parking et la maison est d'environ 40 mètres maxi avec quelques marches. (informations complémentaires pour les autres locataires ...) En vous remerciant pour votre séjour, très cordialement à vous.

De rustige locatie midden in de natuur, gezellig en goed onderhouden huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, tennisbaan en zwembad om de hoek, ping Pong, gratis fietsen en goede communicatie. Alles was gewoon perfect, we komen zeker weer terug!!

Un séjour inoubliable dans une maison magnifique !

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans votre magnifique maison. Tout était parfaitement pensé, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Le terrain de tennis et l’espace de pétanque étaient superbes et nous ont permis de passer d’excellents moments de détente. La terrasse, véritable havre de paix, nous a offert de merveilleux instants au son du chant des oiseaux. La décoration soignée ajoute encore au charme des lieux. Un grand merci pour cette belle parenthèse !
