Lovely!

The house was very comfortable and well-equipped, quiet and in a convenient location, with a wonderful garden. After some anxious months wondering if we would be able to have our holiday at all because of Covid 19, we had a brilliant holiday here. All our questions were quickly answered by Alain our host.

Superbe maison

Maison très agréable avec un emplacement très proche du centre des plages et avec un environnement calme. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et aussi très agréable. Alain nous a donné plein d’informations sur les centres d’intérêt de Larmor et de ses environs. N’hésitez pas il n’y a rien à redire. Nous y reviendrons peut-être un jour.

Emplacement idéal

Emplacement exceptionnel, proche de plusieurs plages et du centre du village. Jardin bien agréable où l'on peut manger. Tout le nécessaire utile dans la maison. On peut vivre à pieds toute la semaine. Petit bémol concernant le ménage, certainement attribué en majorité aux locataires précédents, mais plusieurs mauvaises surprises de ce côté. Très bonne communication avec Alain. Bref, globalement positif !

Très agréable - à refaire

La maison est très bien située, à proximité de toutes les plages et du centre ville de Larmor Plage. Tout peut se faire à pied, pour les adultes comme pour les enfants en bas âge. La maison dispose de toutes les commodités : vaisselles en quantité ainsi que le linge de maison, livres pour enfants, marchepieds … Il y a toutes sortes de jeux de plages : raquettes, balles, ballons. Tout y est. J’ai mal interprété « sèche linge », ce n’est pas un appareil électronique mais un étendoir à linge. Au rez-de-chaussée, se situent une chambre et une salle de bains avec toilettes. Cette dernière est parfaitement adaptée pour les personnes très âgées : siège dans la douche, barre aux toilettes pour se lever. La salle de bains du 1er étage est très spacieuse. Le jardin a une surface suffisante pour se reposer ou jouer au ballon. Il est très agréable et fleuri. Les propriétaires nous ont permis de profiter des prunes, délicieuses. Ils ont compris que nous ne souhaitions pas l’intervention d’un technicien, surtout en cette période délicate. Pas de bruit de route dans la maison, qui se situe dans une petite artère pavillonnaire. Nous aurions aimé y rester davantage, mais pas de disponibilité et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Localisation idéale de la maison que ce soit du centre ville ou de la plage. Les équipements intérieurs sont conformes à l'annonce .Les propriétaires très réactifs.
