Charming 1930’s home in historic old town Georgetown. Short stroll to the town square for dinning, wine bars, live music, shopping and several events held throughout the year. Walk to Southwestern University. Hike and bike trails nearby starting at San Gabriel Park wind along river to Lake Georgetown and don’t forget Blue Hole. Home has white picket fence surrounding beautifully landscaped yard, relax under huge pecan tree. Sleeps max 4, no children under age 13. One room with king bed, one room with queen bed and smaller bedroom with twin bed. Living room with comfy sofa and two chairs. At times can be flexible regarding check in and check out time. Driveway with 2 car parking plus street parking.

Georgetown cottage

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful cottage for three weeks while visiting family in Georgetown. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood as well an easy walk to the square. The cottage had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and basic kitchen supplies. We highly recommend staying here.

a wonderful home in Georgetown

I traveled with family and friends to Sandra and Greg's place to meet-up with local contacts and observe the April 8th 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. This location gave us a perfect base from which to explore the area, but be apart from the fray. If I get back this way again, I will definitely consider a return visit.

Cozy cottage

Great location in a nice neighborhood within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The cottage was clean, the mattresses and bedding comfortable, and the kitchen and bath stocked with essentials. There is a fenced in yard with a small deck and Adirondack chairs— a perfect spot to read a book or visit with a friend. I would highly recommend a stay in this little house!

A Charm In Georgetown

We loved the home and location. Charming and cozy. It was the perfect getaway place for me and my family. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with up to date appliances. The location was ideal for walking to shopping and restaurants at the downtown Square. Highly recommend.

Cute and convenient!

Had my elderly mother along for the trip. Host was kind enough to message about steps up to doorway and non slip pad for tub out of concern for my mom. Great little house in a safe neighborhood close to historic downtown!
