Charming cottage, perfect location

Staying in Ars en Re was such a gift! We rented bikes just down the alleyway from the cottage, only 1 block, and then we explored, what a beautiful place. The village of Ars is where you want to stay, it’s small but not too small, has a great market by the harbor, and is just so beautiful. We loved sitting in the garden playing dominos and drinking wine! Merci!

Grande maison, tres bien placée, l environnement est top ! Convient parfaitement aux amoureux de l ile de ré. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans cette maison. Il faut en effet s attendre à une maison un peu dans son jus mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés.

Nous avons passé entre amis un excellent séjour à Ars. Cette grande maison de famille dispose de tous les équipements internes, d’un grand jardin arboré avec table, transats mais également côté entrée d’un jardin pouvant accueillir plusieurs voitures. Tout ceci à deux pas du centre et d’un loueur de vélos. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l’île de Ré. Je recommande sans réserve.

Super séjour

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans la maison. Elle est bien équipée avec un grand jardin, authentique avec des objets de famille (ça change des air BNB épurés). A 2 pas du centre d'Ars et quelques coup de pédales des plages. Je recommande !

Haus mit Retro-Carme in großem Garten

Beste Lage, toller grosser Garten mit schattigen Bäumen. Einrichtung größtenteils alte verwohnte 70er Jahre Möbel, viel "Nippes", durchaus Retro-Charme, aber leider auch viel Staub, muffig riechende Ecken, insbesondere die kleine Toilette mit Teppich an den Wänden. Gut ausgestattete Küche, alles alt, Gläser matt von Spülmaschine, aber alles funktionabel. ACHTUNG: wenngleich viele alte Laken in den Schränken liegen, sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirr-Tücher nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Das hatte ich überlesen. Konnte dann über einen Mietservice vor Ort extra gebucht werden. Matratzen alt, aber okay bis auf die eine im hinteren Zimmer zum Garten hin-müsste dringend erneuert werden. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Haus, das mal einer Generalreinigung bedürfe. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter (per Mail) und hilfsbereitem Hausmeisterservice vor Ort.

Hallo Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare zu meinem Haus in Ars en Ré. Sie sind grundsätzlich gerechtfertigt. Was die Laken betrifft, sind die alten Laken die unserer Urgroßmütter (zumindest!) und es ist schwierig, sie anzubieten. Ansonsten erfordert die Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Geschirrtüchern die Möglichkeit, diese zwischen zwei Mietern zu waschen, und Romain Favreau ist dem gegenüber ziemlich feindselig. Es gibt tatsächlich ein Problem mit den Toiletten im Erdgeschoss, wir werden es nächsten Winter beheben. Ansonsten wurde das Haus von meinen Eltern gebaut und eingerichtet, wir renovieren es nach und nach, zum Beispiel für das Kinderzimmer oder das mittlere aus dem letzten Frühjahr. Es ist nicht immer einfach, sich zwischen Moderne und Tradition zu entscheiden, für ein Haus, das ein Familienhaus bleibt .... Herzlich Marc (übersetzt mit Google Translate!) (Nur eine Frage: waren Sie mit dem Glasfaser-Internetzugang zufrieden??)

Maison idéalement située à Ars en Ré

La maison est spacieuse et confortable. On s'y sent très vite chez soi. Le jardin est grand et l'ombre des arbres est la bienvenue en été. La location est à quelques centaines de mètre du magnifique coeur du village d'Ars. La plage située à 500 mètres... La situation est donc parfaite !

Maison idéale pour son calme et son grand jardin

Grande maison noyée dans son jardin de verdure proche du centre ville et de l’arrêt du bus desservant l’Ile. Un peu vieillotte notamment sur certaines literies et une des salles de bains mais une cuisine très bien aménagée. Une vraie maison de famille avec tous ses souvenirs.

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour Ideal pour famille Les points forts de cette maison sont : --emplacement entre plage et centre ville tout se fait a pied ou en velo --cadre bucolique grace au grand jardin fruitier au calme __maison familliale dans son jus avec de grands volumes et une cuisine bien equipee qui donnait envie de faire de bons petits plats -- tres bon accueil des prioritaires et tres souples A refaire ! Nb quelques ameliorations au niveau de la literies et du canape du salon seront formidables
