House features tremendous modern open kitchen leading from living room with pull out queen size futon. Two nice size bedrooms with queen-sized mattresses on opposite sides of the house. Nice private back yard. Full laundry, cable TV and high speed internet.
The location is central to both Tampa (Ybor City, Bush Gardens), St. Pete (beaches like Treasure Island), Clearwater and Orlando (a little over an hour to the east). Makes a great comfortable base for exploring the Tampa Bay / Orlando area.
