Beautiful beachfront condo overlooking Crystal Blue Waters of Sea of Cortez

One Bedroom one Bath Condo at the Sonoran Sea Resort...A corner unit on the second floor. Easy access to unit via stairs without the need to use the elevator. Unit has a king bed and pullout sofa sleeper in the living room. Excellent views from the patio for watching sunsets or having your morning coffee. There’s also an additional walk out side patio that has an ocean view as well. Very light and bright unit. Condo is fully furnished with all kitchen necessities as well. The resort has 3 pools with a swim up bar and two hot tubs. There is also a restaurant on property, gym, activities center, and a corner store that sells beer and snacks. ATM on site as well that dispenses US Dollars. Excellent security on site that only allows registered guests and owners use of the pool and facilities. 24 hour guard shack at entrance as well as 24 hour security around the pool perimeter.

The unit is clean and for the most part very enjoyable. Only down side was the ac is very loud. It needs to be looked into. Checkin at the desk was seem less. Although all the other groups I was with were able to check in way before me. I would rent from again if I knew ac was fixed. Please note the ac did work was just loud.

Perfect for a couple's getaway

The condo was clean and the owner has clearly put in some effort toward renovations. This place is perfect for a couple (even a couple with small kids). The only issue I can "complain" about is the noisy AC/Heating system. That bad boy was really loud. But I will say this, the owner is local and answered both of my phone calls immediately. He even brought fresh batteries for the remote when I told him they were dead. I would definitely stay here again. (Just fix that AC fan.)

We enjoyed at our stay. Two of the four chairs on balcony were not usable and need to be replaced. The hot water heater ran out of hot water fairly quickly, but not a huge deal. We loved the views and breezes from the balcony. The bed was comfortable.
