About this property

Weekend and weekly rental across from Pier Village. This house has it all!

Location, Location, Location! This pristine home is located across the street from gorgeous Pier Village. All summer long you can enjoy all that Pier Village and Long Branch has to offer. Free concerts every Thursday night, wonderful dining options, special events(including car shows, Kite days) and things happening every weekend. You are less than 800 feet from our sandy shoreline and can be at the beach in five minutes. The home is a two bedroom , two full bath house that can easily accommodate 5 people. Every room has been recently updated to capture the Jersey Shore Theme. The house is only 18 years old. It has a dining room, large living room and well equipped kitchen. There are walk-in closets in each bedroom, a washer and dryer. The living room has a fifty inch smart TV, WiFi and cable are included. The master bedroom has a 36 inch TV and a small walk out balcony perfect for morning coffee. This is a pet free, smoke free home! The house has central air conditioning but don't be surprised that you rarely use it...the ocean breezes are terrific!


The rental includes a safe, beach chairs, bikes and two season beach badges. Finding a house so close to the beach is not easy! you have everything you need within footsteps. Don't be surprised if you never move your car. Everything you could possibly need to call this your home is provided. Your private driveway can accommodate two cars.

The house is next door to the owners main house and they are there to help you with anything . You can enjoy the shaded porte carche that has a table for outside dining and chairs for lounging next to a lovely water fountain. There is also a private eating area, grill, fire pit gazebo area solely for your use. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and midsummer there usually is a variety of fresh organic vegetables from the vegetable garden .The house is within walking distance of amazing restaurants, two pharmacies, the train station, Dunkin Donuts and supermarkets Pictures can not do it justice .


Long Branch is the perfect summer spot in New Jersey. Philadelphia, and Atlantic City
are 85 miles away, while New York City is only 54 miles away. For Children there are possible day trips to Sesame Place, Six Flags Great Adventure, Point Pleasant Beach ( Jenkinson's Aquarium ) and Asbury Park Boardwalks, Monmouth Museum, Historic Allaire Village, Insectropolis, Bounce, movie theaters, and more.

Terry was a great host! She provided chocolate covered strawberries as a welcome treat and allowed us to check in early.Her house had everything you could need, it felt very homey and was close to the beach.We were in town for a wedding but unfortunately the weather wasn’t cooperating but we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in Terry’s place before and after the wedding.We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property

Quiet comfy place right by the beach

Terri and her family were great hosts and the house has everything we needed. The yard is beautiful with many birds and plants. The kids loved running around in it. The patios are very well kept and partially shaded. Lots of different areas to unwind. The best part is by far the location. A very short walk to the beach for our little urban walkers. We easily carried everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

Great family getaway

This was one of our best getaways! The location was perfect. The house was just a described and very clean. It was close to the university to visit our daughter. There was space to spread out with our other kids. It was close to the beach, train and Pier Village. We will definitely be back soon.

Dear future guests, My husband and I drove over 800 miles one way from Savannah,GA to central New Jersey to visit with our family (children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren) this past week. We chose this property because it was centrally located for our family and all grew up in the Monmouth/Ocean County area. The pictures do not do it justice. From the 1st step into the home with a tastefully beachy theme to walking the property, you felt at home. The kitchen wanted for nothing. And, the home was spotless and fully stocked with anything you could imagine. We had made special arrangements with Terry, the host, to allow us to have a small family gathering. We only needed a couple of extra small tables and a few folding chairs. They were there waiting for us. One evening, she knocked on our door offering us tomatoes and herbs from her garden. And yes, its just one block from Pier Village on the ocean.So, don't hesitate to book this property. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Terry, for being the perfect host. We hope to see you again.

A beautiful local Oasis

I couldn't begin to tell you how satisfied I was..first off the house was immaculate and the pictures does not do it justice...the house is fully stocked all I had to do was unpack and I was settled...the grounds and the surrounding areas were beautiful... The owners Terry and Walter were so friendly and acommadating, they had to be nicest landlords I've ever encountered when renting a summer home ..if there was something I needed they were there... I felt like I was at home with my own family, and of course.... location location location..one block from the beach and boardwalk..and mostly any store was within a mile away ..if anyone is thinking about renting in Long Branch...I highly recommend staying here...but just don't take my weeks....😉.. And to Terry and Walter and the rest of your family...thank you so much for welcoming me into your home...I had a fantastic and memorable 2 weeks..

The 2 gracious hosts Terry and Walter greeted us upon arrival with open arms. Their property is among the nicest we have ever seen. The house was big clean and stunning. Dream come true

Arriving from NYC during COVID and arriving to a gem where you feel not confined. Terry was there to great us and welcome us. We felt like home from the moment we got there. We had everything we need in the place. The extra thing slike the big backyard, BBQ, fire pit, bench cabana and swing bench on the front porch gave the house a cherry on top. The beach which is only 5 minutes away and is nice and clean. Pier village which is also only 5 minutes walk has everything you need. Definitely coming again....

This house has it all!

Having rented 4 houses previously, this house was a gem! It had everything we needed plus more! The house was spotless and very comfortable. It includes a lovely lawn and a covered sitting area. The owner made us feel very comfortable too. As soon as we can pick dates for next year, we will be sure to sign up!

A perfect summer home

We had a wonderful stay in Long Branch. Terry and Walter were fabulous hosts. They were so attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and so generous even allowing us to have fresh vegetables from their garden. The guest house is attached to their main house but we never felt like we didn't have privacy and it was nice to see them around! The backyard is just beautiful with gorgeous flowers and lots of space to enjoy being outside. If you have children, they have a swing, playhouse and slide that my daughter adored. They also provided kid friendly things like a nice highchair and pack and play which are nice not to have to bring with you. The house is a short walk from Pier Village which has a beautiful beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Overall we were very happy with our rental and would do it again!

I was born and raised in Long Branch so I have a pretty good take on what this fabulous city has to offer. This home was built fifteen years ago as an adjunct to our property for our parents. I treat this home as my own and have painstakingly updated it to reflect the best of the Jersey Shore. I am a retired educator with grown children and three grandchildren. My husband and I take great pride in where we live.

Why they chose this property

This property is in the absolutely greatest location! You are across the street from Pier Village and the newest hotel on the ocean. You can smell the fresh beach air in the morning and enjoy the ocean breeze every afternoon. This house is on a quiet cul de sac so it is pretty unique.
