Appartement assez agréable.

Le rapport qualité prix assez correct. La vue face à la mer. La proximité avec la mer et les commerces. Les équipements : manque une machine à laver, un ventilateur, et surtout un store sur la terrasse, car le soleil donne sur celle-ci à partir de 16h et devient rapidement agressif. Il manque des espaces de rangement, surtout dans la chambre. Les meubles ont subi lŽagressivité du sel et deviennent trÚs usées.

IdĂ©alement placĂ© cet appartement nous plaĂźt davantage par les amĂ©liorations de bon goĂ»t qui ont Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©es, notamment Ă  la dĂ©coration. La vaisselle a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© renouvelĂ©e avec des coloris tendance
 Le volet roulant de la chambre a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©parĂ© ce qui n’est pas nĂ©gligeable ! Nous avons pu aussi profiter du balcon avec une table moins encombrante et un parasol. Un autre plus : un lave-linge a Ă©tĂ© installĂ©. Reste le changement de baie vitrĂ©e qui va parfaire le tout Rajouter un ventilateur en vue des canicules qui vont s’installer Ă  l’avenir de façon systĂ©matique et certainement durable

Appartement pas entretenu. Stores en panne. Batterie de cuisine défectueuse

Le contact Ă  l’agence. Personnel sympathique. Il me semble qu’il serait souhaitable de faire un examen approfondi des appartements avant de les prendre en agence pour les mettre Ă  la location. TrĂšs déçue, habituĂ©e Ă  tellement mieux aux ocĂ©anides. Heureusement nous ne sommes restĂ©s que 5 jours.

Appartement idéalement situé, ayant tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances et une trÚs belle vue mer. L'appartement nécessite quelques rafraßchissements (peinture, rideau de douche etc...) mais tout était fonctionnel néanmoins
