Vineyard house of 160 m2 in Caux (34), in a Medieval village located in a picturesque and varied region.
6 km from Pézenas, 20 minutes from Béziers, 45 minutes from Montpellier
Half an hour from the sea, Lake Salagou, and the Etang de Thau, not far from the Cévennes, Larzac, Espinouse.
Beaches of Cap d'Agde, Tamarissière at 30mn
Two bikes available, mountain biking trails close at hand. Hiking possible also around the hills.
Small enclosed and shaded garden of 100m2, 2 terraces, one shaded, the other sunny, two kitchens, one of which is summer on the ground floor with barbecue, 2 lounges. including a very pleasant summer in large haulers.
3 bedrooms upstairs with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet on each level. Storage in each bedroom
