Lucinkas: Modern villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool and privat garden

Our beautifully renovated villa is situated in the middle of the wine region they call the ‘Languedoc-Roussillon’, in the village Laurens, and at the edge of the “natural reserve of the Haut-Languedoc”. Our guest-house is located on less than 25 miles from the Mediterranean see; and on less than 15 miles from the L’Espinouse Mountains.
This is your ideal starting-point to visit the region, to enjoy the hospitality of the people and absorb the peace and tranquillity of the nature.

By car, by bicycle, on foot,… any way you like; everything is possible. And at the end of a splendid day of discovering and enjoying, you relax completely in our Mediterranean-styled bedrooms, or on the sunlit terrace enjoying a good glass of wine, or… just absorbing the tranquillity of this small village.

A very warm welcome

Communication from the hosts was great from the start, during and end of stay. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool was warm and well maintained. We had a couple of small accidents and they both came over to rectify them the same day. Thank you Freddy & Odette.

Tolles, sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Laurens. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Internetleitung (Glasfaser) hat 400mBit up/downstream (Das sollten wir mal in DE hinbekommen). Der Privatpool ist sauber und die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter, Freddy und Odette, sind super freundlich - Herzlichen Dank nochmals für einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Wir haben das Haus bereits weiterempfohlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Séjour Villa Laurens

Belle villa, propre, très bien équipée, située dans un village calme mais avec de nombreuses facilités (boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie, centre médical, restaurant, caveaux, ...). A proximité de Béziers et des stations balnéaires. Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant des propriétaires. Seul petit bémol, un seul WC pour 6 personnes. Location à recommander.

Sommerurlaub in Südfrankreich

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber, vor allem der Außenbereich mit Pool, verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Boulebereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind total nett, prima Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour très sympa

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille dans la maison. L’accueil a été très chaleureux. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien située. Cela permet de visiter pas mal de villages alentours. Dans le village de Laurens, il y a toutes les commodités et les personnes sont très sympathiques. Je la recommande sans hésiter.

Belle villa bien agencée ,très fonctionnelle, bien meublée. Espaces extérieures agréables , bien arborés Un bémol cependant : la piscine 1.20 mètre de profondeur pas assez profonde !!! Dommage !!! Un accueil chaleureux . Merci .
