Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of the B building and has a one of a kind location sitting directly on a white sand beach overlooking 3 surf spots. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, SmartTV, satellite television, free wireless high speed internet, and a remodeled Master Bathroom. Relax by the beach side pool and 3 adult only Jacuzzis, play tennis on the roof top tennis court, or take a walk down the 7 mile beach right out your front door. Las Olas is 5 minutes from San Jose del Cabo, only 15 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your trip, we can refund 80% of the deposit within 30 days of booking, 50% up to 45 days prior to your arrival. There are no refunds if the reservation is canceled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date. There are no cancellations during Christmas or New Years week.


RESCHEDULE: If you need to reschedule your trip, you may reschedule 45 day or more prior to your arrival date with the same property and number of nights for travel within one year of the original check-out date. Subject to a $100.00 USD rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and price increases and the nightly rate is based on the new reservation dates.
