This 3 bedroom luxurious condo is located in the exclusive brand new complex Soleado! You will love the location as you are right on the beach and have access to amenities such as community pool, and occasionally restaurant/bar on site- open from 9 am to 5 pm, closed Tuesday. This property is exactly what you are looking for - the Perfect Cabo Vacation!

Everything in Casa Wen is brand new from the furniture, bedding, to all of the appliances! You will love the unobstructed view of the ocean that you can see from the hallway walking into the condo. How amazing to be able to sit in the living room or on the terrace and watch the sunrise!

The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal at home.

You will have WIFI available as well.

The property is located in San Jose del Cabo and is about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store La Comer or about a 25 minute walk into downtown San Jose del Cabo. There is a wide selection of restaurants to pick from as well as shopping! You can also take an Uber or taxi for those days that you don't want to walk.

Costa Azul Bliss

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire property and rental process. The area is very safe and family friendly and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. Property was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful beach vacation

Our family of six greatly enjoyed our stay at Soleado. This was precisely the on-the-beach vacation we were looking for. The on-site staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the unit was as-described and photographed. We loved being right on the beach and spent much of our days alternating between hanging out poolside and lounging on the cushioned seating on the sand. We even spotted whales spouting in the distance from our unit. There were a couple of restaurant options within walking distance and the Soleado poolside bar was open and serving food (they were going out and picking it up from elsewhere), which was hugely convenient. We certainly won't hesitate to return.

Best Sunrises

We throughly enjoyed the 3BR/2B unit. The morning views were so beautiful every morning and the unit was central to both San Jose and the beautiful swimmable beaches nearby.
