In a quiet residence 10 minutes walk from shops and the large beach of La Favière.
Ideal location to do without your car during your stay
The 30m² air - conditioned apartment on the ground floor with a large 10m² patio opening onto the garden of the condominium, with lovely open views.
It consists of a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds of 90cm, a kitchen area, a bathroom and living room with a 140cm sofa bed.
Private parking space in the residence.

Un joli petit appartement à la décoration soignée

Nous avons passé mes petits-enfants et moi-même un très agréable séjour dans un logement confortable situé dans une résidence calme avec place de parking. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location où rien ne manque.

Das Ferienapartement war gut gelegen. Bäcker, Zentrum mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Strand waren nicht weit. Auch Ausflugsziele waren von dort mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Anlage war grün und es war ruhig und man hatte vor allem Abends bei Sonnenuntergang eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Alles in allem ein schöner französischer Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wohnung sehr sauber und modern, sehr netter Vermieter, flexibel und zuvorkommend, Kontakt per Telefon und email bestens, auch auf englisch, persönlicher Empfang bei unserer Ankunft, Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, herrliche Gegend mit tollen Stränden und Orten. Sejour tranquille.

Loins du bruit on dort bien. La plage à une dizaine de minutes. Studio très propre, on a adoré ça, c'est le point plus fort. Le studio a tout ce qu'il faut. La responsable est très sympathique, souriante et réactive. Le matela du clic-clac pourrait être meuilleur. Un bon séjour de vacances.

Un petit problème de chauffage à notre arrivée aurait pû compromettre notre séjour, mais la réactivité et la disponibilité des propriétaire a vite résolu ce problème. Grace à son balcon fermé, cet appartement offre un volume agréable et fonctionnel qui vous permet de vous tourner confortablement. Il est également très bien équipé avec son séche linge, son lave vaisselle et tous les plats et couverts nécessaires. En bref, l’appartement idéal pour passer un bon séjour en bord de mer.
