Location! Location! Location! Eclectic condo downtown on 2nd Ave N! Private entrance through your Art Deco door into your private condo. Just put your bags down and get ready to hit the town!
The condo is on the Ground Level of a historic, boutique 4-condo development. You are literally steps away from Honky-Tonk Broadway, Printers Alley, Art Districts, fabulous restaurants, markets, cafes and shopping but just away enough from the craziness of Broadway.

THE SHORTEST WALK TO THE NISSAN STADIUM of any downtown residence. You can walk to the ball park or Preds Games or simply hit the strip on Broadway for some great country music. .

There is ample public parking garages in the area but no parking on site. The location allows you to walk everywhere, Bird electric scooters, B-cycle or Uber. You will not need to drive your car.

Aesthetic is very fun - eclectic and interesting. Property had what we needed for comfort & use - plenty of towels, kitchen utensils/knives, etc, bath products and board games. Most important, however, was safety - proximity to the hotel next door meant we felt very safe. Location is easily walkable to everything we wanted. Great stay - we'd return.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved this place & definitely plan on coming back. Such a gorgeous place that is walking distance to all the fun and excitement Nashville has to offer. My favorite thing about it was being able to walk right in to the rental from the street! You don’t have to worry about carrying all your luggage through a lobby then up a bunch a stairs.. you just open the door and you’re home! I would highly recommend this rental.

All the communication I had with the owner was excellent. Very kind and responsive. I will rent with them every single time. The location is fantastic. The place was clean and classy. Truly the best VRBO experience. (and i have had a lot) I don't want to say any more because then it wont be available when i need it again.

I We love outdoor sports and if we are not biking/ running/ hiking we ll be on our boat wake surfing on the lakes of TN. We enjoy all the honky tonk scene of downtown Nashville as much as the restaurant scene so don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations, happy to share local insights

Why they chose this property

The original town of Nashville. You will be staying in the historic district and across for the city hall plaza. Easy access to the interstate for your commute.

No parking is provided. This is downtown, you should be able to walk everywhere!
If you need to park:
The best parking option is right next to the condo at the city plaza. It is under the park covered. You can leave your vehicle overnight and it has the least expensive rates as well. That’s where all the locals park.

What makes this property unique

You are in downtown, not 'close' to downtown. no waiting for a ride to get downtown where you want to be. Just walk. You will find the best restaurants, bars, honky tonks, roof top bars etc... in a few block radius. And if you come for a concert or sport event at either bridgestone or Nissan stadium you will love how convenient it is!
