Located in the heart of Downtown 2 blocks from the World Famous Honky Tonks and Music Venues of Broadway, The Lofts at Noel Court will provide you and your guests the upmost comfort and convenience during your visit to Nashville. The Lofts at Noel Court are located on 3rd Ave North, between Church St & Union St, across from Printer's Alley.

Your home away from home whether you decide to stay 2 nights or 2 weeks is complete with all the amenities needed to provide an amazing experience while touring and exploring Music City.

This 2 Bedroom (Queen Beds with Ensuites) 2 1/2 Bath Condo features 2 levels of luxury. Sleeping rooms are located in the lower level of the building and provide the most amazing accommodations. 100% blackout to ensure the best nights sleep to leave you energized and ready to hit the town.

The Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare a meal in, providing relaxation and time to unwind. A Kuerig coffee maker is provided with starter pods, creamer and sweetener.

The Parlor and living Area is comfy and well appointed for socializing and sharing stories of your Nashville adventures. This is also where you will find 2 queen sofa beds plus a trundle bed with 2 twins.

The well appointed Ensuite Baths provide all the room needed to prepare for a night on the town in the Music City.

All the essentials are provided by this professionally managed condo; Towels, Linens, Starters of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dishwasher Pods, Bath Soap & Shampoo.

Our family rented the Parton for a music weekend in Nashville and it was the perfect spot in every way! Clean, convenient location, nearby parking and plenty of room to spread out! Nice spot just far and close enough to everything

It was as advertised. We'd stay there again. It was far enough away from Broadway St to limit noise but close enough to walk everywhere easily. The exterior entrance could use better signage for ease of finding it initially, but thats really my only very minor complaint.

Quick Trip Great Location

Awesome location , walkable to most everything and very comfort unit. If i was to nitpick the mornings can be very loud with upstairs unit. Running around started very early and was non stop. Hopefully this was specific to renters and not residents

Nash Bash girl trip

We were a group of 8 women in Nashville to celebrate birthdays. The location was perfect! We felt safe and walked back a forth from Broadway & Printers Alley. It is a beautiful place and communication was great. The only negative was the foldout sofa was not very comfortable. All of the other beds were very uncomfortable!

Location was great for our purposes.

We lived in Nashville and had tickets to a concert with friends. Life changed and we were living in a different state when the concert took place so I had booked the condo as soon as we moved. Knowing the area we knew location was good. As is with anything, there area bound to be speedbumps with a vrbo and the reaction of the renters make it a good or bad experience. We had AC problems (who knew we would need AC in Feb) but they reacted fast and had us taken care of in a timely manner. So overall, a great experience.

Scaffolding disaster.

Upon arrival, we discover scaffolding all over the building. We booked the VRBO listing to hold an important business meeting. The property owner was aware of a business meeting, and did not disclose the work being done on the building. Now, when we communicated our frustration, we heard nothing from the property owner. I find this extremely unprofessional.

We also do not have any communication from you about the scaffolding, if we missed it, we apologize. As you experienced, we are very communicative and flexible as we granted you last minute early access even though the fee hadn't yet been paid as well as communicated with a second person for your reservation throughout the process.

Great place to stay!

The only thing we noticed is we didn’t have access to the washer/dryer which we normally wouldn’t need. However, we got caught in a downpour on our last day there and the dryer would have been handy. Overall, the stay was great and as depicted in the pictures!

Location was great, rooms and beds were nice and cozy, Anyone planning on sleeping on the upstairs couch beds know that the outside noise can be an issue if your a light sleeper.
