Great house for a large family

We had a wonderful time in Vensac. The house was fantastic for our family of 8 adults and 3 kids. It was fully equipped for our needs, and some small details that wasn't present at the time of arrival was obtained quickly by the friendly housekeeper. The Montalivet Area is also great for family vacation with the Beaches, shops and parks. Always friendly people around and no worries getting along in English language. We highly recommend this house with a great pool and outdoor barbeque for family vacations.

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit einer absoluten TOP-Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts ausser tiefen Tellern, wirklich sonst an nichts, es ist alles im Überfluss da!!! Schöne grosszügige Räumlichkeiten, unkompliziertes Verfahren zum Einchecken, großer Fernseher, schöne Aussenküche, war alles echt super!!!Pool hat 8x4 Meter, das sollte man wissen und man muss eine Versicherung nachweisen, welches in der Anzeige nicht stand!!Aber insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!!

Sehr schönes, sauberes Objekt. Ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen. Auch für selber Kochen und Essen ist alles in großen Mengen vorhanden. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank direkt in der Küche und einen sehr großen in einer Nebenkammer.Der Salzwasserpool ist schön groß und beheizt und ideal für Kinder. Aber auch um Bahnen zu schwimmen geht es gerade noch.Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Zentrum von Montalivet sind es ca. 20 Minuten.

Perfektes Ferienhaus nahe am Meer für große Familie

Mit meinen erwachsenen Kindern und Ihren Freunden habe ich 2 wunderschöne Wochen Anfang September in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren "nur" zu siebt, aber auch zehn Erwachsene finden hier großzügig Platz Da wir sehr gerne gemeinsam Kochen, haben wir die lange Küchenzeile gut genutzt. Geschirr und Töpfe sind auch für 10 Personen gut ausreichend. Leider hat der Induktionsherd nur 3 Platten (eine davon aber so groß, dass der vorhandene riesige Nudeltopf und die sehr große Pfanne darauf Platz finden), aber wir sind immer satt geworden. Die Küche geht in ein weitläufiges Wohnzimmer über, wo auch ein entsprechend großes Sofa allen Platz bot. Ein großer Pool, eine Außenküche mit Grill und schnelles Internet runden den guten Eindruck der Unterkunft ab. Alles ist sehr hochwertig sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand und man erreicht über einen getrennten Fuß- / Radweg nach knapp 1 km den Strand der abseits des offiziellen Strands liegt und hauptsächlich von diversen Surfschulen genutzt wird. Da wir knapp 14 Stunden mit dem Auto anreisen müssen, waren wir froh, dass es kein Problem war nach 20 Uhr an zu kommen und bei der Abreise schon vor 7 Uhr die Abnahme zu machen. Vielen Dank an Mathilde, die vor Ort für alles Zuständig ist. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

12 personen in der villa

wir waren 3 familien (6 erwachsene, 6 teenager). das haus ist sehr grosszügig und für 10 personen perfekt, 2 weitere müssten dann auf der galerie und somit in einem nicht abgeschlossenen raum etwas improvisiert schlafen. unsere tennager haben sich dann zusammen in 2 zimmer verteilt. wir fanden alles super: pool, lage (fahrrad empfohlen), grösse, ausstattung (wirklich für 12 personen ausgelegt und es hat jegliche küchen-utensilien die es braucht!). einziger abzug: nur 2 toiletten ist bei 12 personen etwas knapp... danke für den tollen aufenthalt.

Maison tres confortable baignée de lumière

Super maison à proximité de la plage et du centre de montalivet.nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine au calme en ce début mai.grand confort, cuisine super équipée et piscine chauffée avec une meteo au top!Mathilde notre contact sur place a ete tres efficace! Nous recommandons grandement cette maison !

Séjour parfait !

Séjour au top avec nos 4 enfants. La maison est spacieuse superbe, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et sécurisée pour les enfants. Salon parfait pour se retrouver en famille. SUPERBE MAISON, un séjour parfait !

La villa est magnifique, très grande et toute équipée. Elle est idéale par son calme et son emplacement, proche du centre-ville et on peut aller à la plage à pied. La piscine fait rêver pour cet été ! En plus elle est accessible depuis le salon et les chambres. Parfaite pour profiter au maximum des vacances. Nous recommandons vivement.
