Excellent country town location, modern, well equipped for nice meals, great neighbors and hosts were very helpful and friendly. Everything we needed was close by. Quiet town.
Tidy, small, likely comfortable for 2 people only. Friendly owners. In a quaint village just off the main road so very peaceful. Just the way we like it!

Eu e o meu marido adoramos a estadia nesta linda e pacata vila.

Lovely rural stay
My husband and I loved this little abode in a very rural small old village. Our balcony overlooked the cafe/mini market/bar which was the social hub of the village. By midweek in our stay, we were exchanging greetings with each arriving and departing customer.
You can walk on stone paths for miles amongst grape vines, olive trees and smaller vegetable tracks. The vistas are unbelievably expansive.
The village is extremely rural and yet all the Douro Valley high spots are within an easy drive. You must have a car.
Although the apartment is also small, it fit our needs perfectly. And was well equipped.
We highly recommend this place for active visitors who like rural living and getting to know the local people.

Modern restauriertes Steinhaus
