Close to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter; great access to freeway and downtown Phoenix, Mayo Clinic, central to Phoenix and Scottsdale—most attractions are within 20 minutes drive.
Reviewers have commented on our new furnishings, comfortable beds, that we are easy to work with, and that our central location is easy access to the best Phoenix has to offer. We have 5 star reviews on our other sites. One guest said we are “packed full of amenities”. We have the pool, of course, billiards, ping pong, board games, puzzles, easy access to walking trails and weekend farmers market. Our golfers like our access to some destination golf courses, and mountains are close by. We are a day trip away from the red rock in Sedona, andare very close to Scottsdale’s best shopping malls and famous consignment stores.

Best stay ever!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home! The pool was amazing (and perfectly heated!), it was extremely clean (and I’m picky), and stocked with a ton of extras - condiments, spice rack, coffee pods, cleaning supplies, extra kitchen appliances, books. games, pool table, ping pong, corn hole boards, and even a little golf! We utilized the crib/toddler bed, high chair, and all the baby utensils/bib, and water wings. Jennifer is the perfect host and extremely accommodating and easy to get ahold of! We highly recommend staying here! You won’t regret it!

Nice place

All was good and went as expected. Master bedroom on first floor had the left hand closet door just sitting in place it was off the track, I corrected that myself, The shower in the same room has very low water pressure. Was very comfortable for our family even though we were in the area for a death in our family. Thank you!

I played the harp professionally for 35 years. I love and collect cactus. These days I am a psychotherapist in private practice, focusing on keeping couples together! I also help people recover from PTSD. I do some serious volunteer psychotherapy work for the Soldiers project, and for trafficking victims. I like to ride my bike and hike.

Why they chose this property

I went to Phoenix because I helped a client get a kidney, so I made two trips to Mayo to do social work right after the transplant surgery. On the second trip I found this house and loved the feel of it, especially that fabulous master upstairs and the big open room downstairs. I have such a good time when I stay there and hike in the cactus.

What makes this property unique

You can come to this house and never leave to go out into town. There's so much to do: swim, play pool, play ping pong, cards, loads of games. lounge in the back patio, float in the pool, and just enjoy the huge rooms in the upstairs master and the downstairs great room. The layout in the kitchen invites easy conversation while cooking and there's plenty of room for several cooks, or just drink and watch! We are very handicap friendly in that we have a very flat entrance from the garage and to the back patio. We can sleep 6 comfortably downstairs and very wheelchair accessible.
