2nd Floor, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH, King Size Bed in Master Bedroom, Two Double Beds in Secondary Bedroom. Watch the TVs and DVD Players while you stay cool under the Ceiling Fans in the Living Area and Both Bedrooms. The Mirrored Wall in the Living Area expands the Space. The Glass Doors in the Living Area and Master Bedroom go out onto the Open Balcony where you can sit in the Bar Height Furniture and watch the beach activities of the day. The Kitchen has Granite Counters with an Undermount Sink and the Breakfast Bar is raised for added privacy. The Stainless Appliances are a Beautiful Accent.

Nice AC and check in process

Pictures describe condo; however, the mirrors make the space look bigger than it actually is. We bought a universal remote for the living room since theirs was missing. We also had to buy batteries to have any of the remotes work. Showers got cold quick. Hair dryer on wall in master room was broke. Curtains were dirty. Condo only had side beach views not beach front views. Washer and drier were very small, dryer had to run three times to dry clothes. Plenty of appliances for cooking. Seats uncomfortable in general. Very easy check in process and great working AC unit. Pool stayed like warm bath water. Beach chairs are not reserved to room. When we asked to purchase two additional seating for guests, we were told they were all "first come, first serve". 2.5-3/5 I'd rate it. We had a great time in destin otherwise.
