Air-conditioned apartment of 45 m2 in a recent residence on the 2 nd floor with elevator in the city center for 5 people (2 minutes from the pedestrian shopping street and 3 minutes from the beach
Blow of heart for this apartment because of its layout, its equipment and especially its situation to try and adopt. Very quiet building in any season
secure parking available 50 m from the building
Entrance with console, vacuum cleaner and iron in closet
American kitchen equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, hood, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer), overlooking terrace
TV lounge, sofa 2 people also overlooking the terrace
1 bedroom bed 2 persons 160 and large wardrobe closet
1 bedroom 1 person computer table, wardrobe, piece of furniture with shelves
linen beds and towels provided if needed
Separate WC with washbasin and storage
Shower room with shower, sink, bidet and towel warmer

Menton is pleasant all year round by the mildness of its climate and its distractions offered throughout the year the most famous being the celebration of lemons in February and the ballads in the hinterland (St Paul de Vence)
The train station is only 10 minutes walk you can go to Nice or Monaco without the worry of parking in these cities (train every 20 minutes) and even Ventimiglia in Italy famous for it's market
