New cottage in stone area, calm and serenity in the vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon and 5 minutes from all amenities.
In the Hérault, you can enjoy the beaches of Béziers located 15 minutes (Valras beach, Vendres, Portiragnes, Sérignan beach), discover the city of Pezenas 15 minutes from the estate, Béziers its canal du midi and its 9 locks, explore the hinterland, the Orb valley, Roquebrun, the Héric gorges ...
Back to the cottage, 80 m2 beautifully decorated await you with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, dressing room, dining room - living room, kitchen, a large terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the cool of trees, a courtyard where your vehicles will be parked safely guarded by Mao and Opy Les Toutous du Domaine, a swimming pool shared only with the owners.
Facilities: sheets provided, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ...
The bathroom linen is not provided.

During the months of July and August, reservations possible only during the week from Saturday to Saturday.

Charming stone cottage

The cottage feels miles away from the world, but is less than 5 minutes from a motorway. I felt like we stepped back in time.

Séjour mitigé

Notre experience a été très mitigée. La maison était très sale (poussière au sol et sur les meubles, salle de bain presque pas nettoyée, lavabo bouché et barbecue non nettoyé des précédents locataires) C'est dommage. Dans l'annonce il manque des photos de l'exterieur pour mieux se rendre compte des choses également

Bonjour , navrée que le séjour n’ai pas répondu à vos attentes , nous prenons compte de vos remarques . Cependant concernant la grille du bbq , elle est nettoyée dans son intégralité entre chaque voyageur . Le lavabo n’était pas bouché , juste fermé avec la bonde . Et le ménage est réalisé également du sol au plafond . Dernier point sur l’extérieur , il y a plusieurs photos sur le site mais nous ne manquerons pas d’en rajouter . Merci à vous Nathalie

Schönes Haus im Grünen

Schönes Haus als Teil eines alten Gutshofes, eigener netter Garten, Zugang zum schönen Pool, liegt sehr ruhig und weit außerhalb (immer Auto nötig). Die Vermieterin war ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar, die fünf Hunde leben in deren Haus.

Gute Wohnung mit Abstrichen beim Komfort

Ich teile den Eindruck von Michael F.: Es ist sauber, die Räumlichkeiten sind gut, der eigene Außenbereich ist aber wenig einladend. Auch die Küche ist eher mager ausgestattet mit einfachem Gerät. Es gibt keine Extras wie Mückenschutz oder Klimaanlage (dafür aber einige funktionstüchtige Ventilatoren). Die Hunde wurden immer sofort rein gerufen, wenn wir auf der Bildfläche erschienen sind. Das war also kein echtes Problem, aber es ist doch ein doofes Gefühl - denn sie musste auch reingerufen werden. Die Lage auf dem Land fand ich auch eher ermüdend, denn man hat keine schönen Blicke o.ä. von der Unterkunft aus. In Summe würde ich sagen: Die Wohnung ist insgesamt angenehm und ermöglicht einen enstpannten Aufenthalt in der Region. Angesichts der angeführten Abstriche finde ich sie aber etwas zu teuer.

Innen sauber & schön, außen na ja …

Unser Urlaub in Nathalies Steinhaus war schön und erholsam, wenn auch nicht alles für uns gepasst hat. Das Haus ist innen sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch sauber. Dort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gilt leider weniger für den Außenbereich, der nicht so schön und gepflegt ist. Das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Dazu kam, dass 5 große Hunde mit am Hof leben, die auch frei rumlaufen. Nathalie wollte die zwar für uns weg sperren, aber das wollten wir nicht. Nathalie und ihre Tochter sind sehr nett und waren auch bemüht, alles für uns recht zu machen. Der Hof und die Lage ist sehr sicher, und für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Aber auch sehr entlegen und man braucht immer ein Auto. So war’s ein Urlaub mit gemischten Eindrücken…

Fabulous holiday home on outskirts Boujan-sur-Libron which spa butchers, bakery,…

Nathalie is a fantastic host, great communication before we arrived, a real family welcome and plenty of ideas around exploring the local area including recommendations for Folies Gruss show, 9 locks… Great property in a peaceful, tranquil rural hamlet on the outskirts of Boujan-sur-Libron which caters for essential eg butchers, baker shop, cafe… Property is well equipment to meet family needs, with kitchen equipment to allow you to produce main meals and washing machine to enable you to travel light if flying. The access to the family pool was an added bonus after a day exploring.. The location requires a car, it then offers easy access to Bezier, Mediterranean coast as well as many other opportunities including a range of local markets, towns. We would definite recommend this property to other holiday makers.

A fantastic property with all we needed for a great week’s holiday.

This property was perfect for our family holiday - it was a beautiful house with a fantastic pool (although it is a shared pool we had a lot of privacy). Natalie had thought of everything and made sure we could ask any questions if we had any. We would (and will!) recommend to others.

Perfect stay

Nathalie was a fantastic host and we enjoyed a wonderful 5 day stay over the Easter long weekend. The property is ideal for a family of four (we have two teenagers) with two good sized double bedrooms. It is beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the outdoor space as the outdoor space as the pool was closed but there is lots of space to enjoy when the weather is warmer. Simple 10 minute drive to Beziers, 20 minutes from the airport and also a great spot for exploring this part of Languedoc Nathalie had also decorated the house for Easter and left a basket of chocolate eggs for the kids which was a wonderful and thoughtful touch

Une belle expérience dans une ferme fortifiée

Bel endroit calme et atypique à proximité de Béziers et de Boujan sur Libron. Seul bémol, l'espace extérieur pour déjeuner, bien que suffisamment grand pourrait être amélioré. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible.

Eine schöne Wohnung im Süden Frankreichs

Wir haben 1 Woche Urlaub erlebt an die wir uns sehr gerne zurück erinnern. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Matratzen der Betten sind auch nicht zu hart. :-) Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut ruhig und zwischen Weinbergen gelegen. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohl gefühlt. Ohne ein Anti Mücken Spray währe das allerdings nicht so möglich gewesen. Der Pool liegt am späten Nachmittag noch in der Sonne. Den Grill auf der Terrasse kann man auch gut benutzen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten zwei herrliche Wochen zu viert in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Alles ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hatten viele tolle Tipps für uns. Jeden Tag haben wir den schönen Pool genutzt. Die Kinder haben die beiden Hunde sofort in ihr Herz geschlossen. Wir waren viel unterwegs, haben einiges angeschaut und sehr schöne Strände besucht. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Merci beaucoup a Delphine et Laurent!

Wunderbares Häuschen mit tollem Pool in Südfrankreich

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung war toll. Alles sehr neuwertig und für uns als Familie mit einem Kind mehr als ausreichend Platz. Auch der Pool ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Hunde Mao und Opi haben wir wirklich in unser Herz geschlossen. Sie sind total liebenswert und gut erzogen. Für Grillabende steht ein toller Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Auch die Gastgeber standen uns immer gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. VIELEN DANK! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße Tina, Daniel und Lena
