The space
No Parties allowed. The unit is for the people registered only. The HOA president lives in the building and parties will be immediately reported and the reservation will be cancelled.

In bedroom King size bed, adjustable to 2 twin. Walk-in closet with plenty of dresser space. An electric fireplace (with or without heat) with TV above. Also, charging stations for your convenience.

In living area new leather queen foam mattress or twin foam mattress sofa beds and one rollaway. A new 50” smart TV and workspace charging stations.

In the kitchen a fully functioning area with all the needed appliances.

This unit utilizes the building WIFI therefore the reliability of the service can be spotty on occasion.
