IMPORTANT NOTE: To protect the health of our guests, we have implemented a number of safety procedures designed to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. These include full disinfection of all surfaces, a buffer of at least one full day before and after each rental, supply of hand sanitizer, contactless check-in / check-out, and numerous other procedures. In keeping with these goals, large gatherings are not permitted at any Vacation Rental Property, and extra care should be taken when interacting with visitors, delivery personnel, pool, lawn care, and other personnel. Given the extra preparation time and buffer between rentals, we have also increased our minimum stay requirement to 3 nights.
Also note that as Per City and State directives, some businesses have not yet reopened or have limited hours or capacity restrictions. Face masks are also mandatory at most local businesses until further notice.
